Front desk lady needs to be nicer and not have an attitude, the older white woman who should probably retire. Her being helpful came with a bitter attitude instead of being courteous and polite when helping.

My experience was quite overwhelmingly surprisingly a very good one my mother transferred a title of one of her vehicles to my name, and they closed at 5:00 we got there at 4:57, and they still helped us,, and believe it or not we were out of there by 5:15 with tags and plates 🤙😁 AWESOME U GUYS ARE THE 💣!!!

Gina Galvan is rude and unhelpful!!!! Had a bad attitude went to change our car insurance policy since it's so high . She didn’t want to help . Every question I had was met with a rude attitude

Just visited Chula Vista branch trying to sort out DMV paperwork madness. After a few minutes of waiting, got assigned to Trish. She helped me out with presenting options to get my situation resolved and was patient to guide me through all the steps, repeating what I needed to do and clarifying my questions. Excellent service especially when all this paperwork can give us all headaches...me especially! Thank you Trish for your attentive, professional and friendly customer service today. 5+ stars!

Very poor customer service. I went in to process a car title change and a cancelation of membership as I'll be relocating abroad and I needed to do this asap. Myriam assisted us and everything about her service was wrong. She forgot to gather my signature for the title change and then called me days later when she realized her mistake and asked me to come in to sign not being considerate about others busy schedules. I did go back and had to wait more than 30 min to process something that wasn't my fault. Also, she said I couldn't cancel my membership because I wasn't the main account holder and 2 minutes later I asked the front desk and they did it for me!! Disappointed, very disappointed.

Let me just tell you how efficient and outstanding the customer service this location has. I have been to other locations and this one by far has always treated me with exceptional service. They are FAST for one, greet you with a friendly, inviting smile and have the best energy, from the reception to all of the staff. I had DMV services done and I really just felt like family. During the holiday's everyone knows how stressful it can be. PRESTON made sure he took care of me with love and grace. Had it been my second visit. I had forgotten important documents my first time coming and had to come back and he remembered me. I thought that was very thoughtful. The whole staff worked diligently as a team, answered each others questions with laughter and smiles and they all just worked really well together. I loved seeing that. Well done AAA! I highly recommend this location, other locations such as Mission Valley I have waited at least an hour to be seen and the customer service wasn't ever anything as close to this. Make that drive.
