My first time coming to A&D Automotive and was very pleased! I was just looking for a local trustworthy place to get a maintenance oil change. I was able to schedule at a time of my convenience, my car was ready in under 1 hr. The staff did an all around maintenance check, reported honestly and did not by any means attempt to upsell! I will be back and will be referring friends and family to this local shop! Thanks!

Just called this place to get a quote to replace parts. The owner or gentleman who answered the phone was completely rude and treated me horribly. Yes, my number is blocked. Accused me of working for an auto dealer shopping around for prices, didnt even know what I was asking for (belt replacement and accessory fan replacement, not hard to understand) and accused me of calling earlier (which I just started calling places in Chula) because of that hung up on me. Stay away if you're a female or have your own parts. My regular mechanic is closed all week and calling other places. This is unacceptable to treat a future customer, work on your people skills and stop accusing people.
