I'm confused about why a 7eleven employee still has a job after causing problems, first he incorrectly accusing me of stealing mini espresso shots, which the manager said was actually permitted because they are free. Before all that the employee began arguing with me and secretly recording me with his phone. Which made me feel uncomfortable that I had to ask my boyfriend to intervene and request to delete the videos of me. He now works early mornings and appears to be Indian descent. He is still causing unnecessary conflicts with customers.

Stop by for a little something quick before heading and they didn't have anything I came in for. There were no cups for the fountain drinks. Buns were no where near warm and no condiments for the hot dogs.

I loved coming to this 7-Eleven because it's very convenient when I commute around the area. Never had issues with employees until they hired this Mexican older woman. ** FOR UPPER MANAGEMENT/SUPERVISOR: I don't know her name (she never has a name tag) but here is the receipt information: T#02 0P06 TRN6719 12/25/2022 6:18PM - she's the old lady wearing a Christmas hat. This lady is very lazy, very unprofessional, rude and has zero customer service. The first time I had an issue with her, I asked her where an item was and she just told me if I can't find it in the front they don't have it. (She was on her phone, did not even acknowledged me, did not even make me feel welcome). I did not say anything, just left and carried on with my day. This second time is the reason why I'm posting my review. My father and I went to store to get some snacks and upon paying I noticed one of the chips bag was open, so I told the woman I was going to exchange it because the bag was open. But the woman yelled back in-front of all the customers that we had opened the bag of chips and ate some. My dad was pretty embarrassed telling the lady if she was serious. So I came back with the chips and my father and I decided to get a pizza so we asked the lady if we could get one pepperoni pizza and the lady started hesitating and told us in a low voice, that there was some customers that had paid some pizzas (4 pizzas were on top of the front pizza heater) but never came back, that if we wanted those for the price of one. I just told her to get me fresh one and make it extra crispy. The lady made a face followed with a "uuuysh" went back and grabbed my pizza from the placed it in the oven. Then she started telling us why couldn't we just buy those pizzas that were already there, that she knew the other customers weren't coming back. When the pizza came out we asked her if she could put in an extra 10 seconds and she said she could t because she does t know if the pizza will burn. (I have always done this at this location and other various locations where they make it extra crunchy/crispy). So we tried telling her other employees had done this in the past but she was just ignoring us and threw my pizza to me (box wasn't even closed properly. The lady started talking loud talking non sense to the point I just my dad we had to leave because it was very embarrassing having all these people around and having this lady talk to use some way. DONT HIRE PEOPLE THAT DONT WANT TO WORK, YOULL HAVE THE SAME OUTCOME HAVING AN EMPLOYEE LIKE THIS AND HAVING YOUR STORE CLOSED. This store has lost a long time customer (ever since day 1), it might not mean much to who ever is reading this but trust me my blood boiled when the Mexican old woman started disrespecting us in-front of people- I understand it's Christmas but if you dislike what you do, stay home and find yourself another job.

The staff are great no complaints from about them. The only complaint I have are their coffee cups. Twice the cups cap have come off and even the older gentleman at the register helped me put on again and it popped off my hand in my car burning my hand.

This place has gone downhill fast. We used to stop everyday before work, but now the machines never work, there's no coffee, it's dirty and the girl who tends in the morning is so rude, you ask for help and she always says "I don't know" if it's an item or a broken machine. But to be fair, there's a guy that works there that always wears a beanie that is the total opposite, he is super nice and helpful.
