They sell you merchandise that doesn't work then when you try to get a refund they they'll you you have to go through the manufacture. Boof store spend your money at the smoke shop on Broadway it's called pure smoke shop they have better service and warranties.

Someone explain to me why a smoke shop has the “Tipping” feature activated on their Credit card machine? It’s funny that we are asked to make a selection, and I’m standing there mashing the “no tip” button and it doesn’t register the click. Extremely uncomfortable experience. I hope the extra $5 you make on a single sale is worth the permanent loss of a customer
