service is very slow, a lot of other people's mail in my box. also long line to pick up your packages. not to mention the very inconvenient hours of service: 9:00 - 4:00? people work out of town and normally start work before 9:00 am and return home after 4:00 pm very inconvenient.

Please be assured you can do all of your basic needs here- send/ deliver mail, purchase stamps, small little office with limited selection of greeting cards, etc. The reason I am giving it 3-stars is because they are not technologically up to date. For instance, I had purchased a USPS shipping label online, I had the QR code so that I can simply show it to the Post Office Clerk and have my shipping label printed out for me, but the gentlemen did not know how to do it and simply said that they don't print at this Chualar USPS location.
