Cathy was very friendly when making my appointment. She worked with me on getting a day that worked best for me. Alex greeting me as soon as I walked in. He arranged for me to get a shuttle ride back to work. Alex called me as soon as my truck was ready. When I picked up my truck Alex went over my work order line by line. Once very thing was done he walked me to my truck and thanked me for trusting him with my business.

Bought a new truck from this dealership in 2013. My father has purchased 2 from Steves Chowchilla. Great people and great service. I deal mostly with Steve's other location in oakdale because that's where I live. Super great dealerships. Been a customer since I bought my first vehicle from them in 2000. Family owned and operated. I can honestly say that both dealerships are highly recommended.

Brett Steves and Hector Mendez worked so hard to assist us in leasing our Blazer EV. We want to Thank them for actively moving our contract along until we were able to lease our Blazer. Without them this would not have happened. Brianna Chapman is such a wonderfully patient and courteous person while answering all of our questions about the owners manual. We had a smooth delivery. I’m not a huge customer by any stretch of the imagination but I've been treated like i am one since the very first day i started doing business with them both buying vehicles and using their service department.

Quickly and efficiently took care of warranty work on my Silverado. Provided a loaner vehicle through my GM warranty while repairs were in progress until completion. Staff is very knowledgeable of what they are doing. I've used other dealers for my warranty work but I'm going to stick with these guys going forward. If looking to buy they offer a wide range of Chevy trucks and SUV's.
