My mom and I came in to look at the store, it was 5:28 and the nice employee working this Monday afternoon saw us hesitating to come in she invited us and stayed past her shift! She is clearly very dedicated and passionate about her job! She lets us see all the great offers there. We will return another time! In short great customer service by the young lady working there! 100% would recommend shopping here! Great deals and very nice clothing!

I always see how cute this store looks and finally got a chance to check it out when I took my mom out to lunch next door. Their customer service gets them 1 star, but the items and prices bumped them up to 2 stars.We walk in, conversing with one another, and hear the cashiers speaking with a customer who is checking out. We continue talking with each other, and as we slowly check out the store we don't get acknowledged or welcomed.When the rung up customer leaves the cashiers continue talking with each other and still don't acknowledge us, even though at this point we are around 10 feet from the register. My mom makes eye contact with one of the 2 cashiers and says, "Good morning! How are you today?" and the cashier replies she's doing well. My back is to the register so I barely hear the cashier say in a hushed voice that there's a big sale starting tomorrow. I don't respond because I figure she's talking to the other cashier if she's speaking so quietly.Then as we make our way to the display directly in front of the register both cashiers both disappaer to the back. By now my mom and I are both offended at the lack of customer service and general friendliness that should be priority for a small town business.We saw a few items we wanted and had questions about (since the prices were what you'd expect in a trendy boutique-style clothing store) but we left without making any purchases. My mom later told me that the comment about the sale was directed at us, but for some reason they didn't speak up as they had during their previous conversations. We won't be back.Why spend our money somewhere they don't appreciate us?

My daughter, grandson and I went in today. There were two employees (one old and one younger) behind the counter assisting one customer in the store. They saw us walk in yet did not verbally acknowledge us. We browsed, oohed and ahhed over some of the cute tops, and eventually found ourselves near the front counter. At this point the customer finished and left. Still, no greeting or anything from either employee. There was no one else in the store. After they finished their conversation, the older employee went to the back. We continued shopping until finally I looked up and loudly said to the remaining employee: "Good morning, how are you?". She responded and STILL didn't ask if we needed assistance, if we were finding everything okay, if we had questions about any of their products, or anything! We couldn't believe how unprofessional both employees were. They obviously didn't need our business so we left. We try very hard to support local businesses. But when the employees treat us like we are invisible and aren't good enough to greet us when we enter their establishment or offer shopping assistance, then that business clearly does not want our money.

I'm bummed to write this review, because even though I am from out of town, I have stopped in a few times and it has always been wonderful. I mostly shop via their Instagram, since they are very active. I've had a few purchase via their Instagram go really well! Up until April. Mid COVID panic, stores are selling online and on their social media. I understand things were scary and very uncertain. I messaged inquiring about a skirt. They were prompt in responding saying they had one left in my size! I was super excited and told them that would be great, and then waited for a response. Since I was busy trying to run my own business at the time, I didn't realize that 10 DAYS had gone by. I messaged asking about the skirt. Got a message back saying they sold it, and are working in getting more. I never heard from them again and I've never seen the skirt again. I was very frustrated and I thought it was very rude. Fast forward to yesterday. They have some really cute masks, and I sent another message to their Instagram, asking if they shipped and if so, which ones I liked, and provided an email address to invoice. They have since then seen my message but have not responded. I am so incredibly frustrated by their lack of response and accountability and responsibility for their customers trying to help them keep their business going.
