The groundskeeper guy does a really good job of keeping the place cleaned up and he actually interacts with the kids. He moves with a purpose and always seems to be on a mission to get something done

In comparison to some of the other local apartment complexes, these apartments are sub par. Laundry rooms have hours when you use them. These hours aren't even good as some people are still at Work during these hours. The laundry rooms are also closef during the weekends. There's nothing interesting here. No pools (unlike other nearby apartment complexes.) the structures that the kiddos can play on are minuscule compared to the other complexes. These apartments are terrible in contrast with the other complexes.

Everything in these apartments brake i can't turn my ac or heater on when i want there's a set time of the year when they switch the pumps over . maintainance come to fix stuff and dont come back to finish and brakes it then they charge you for it . It is a quit living area and they do keep up on the landscape .

Rent is really affordable here if you qualify; has a playground for the kids, a clubhouse, and a married walking path.

It's home .customer service sucks and the garbage bins are dirty but other then that quite well kept lawns bushes stuff like that .I'm happy
