I walked in wanting to purchase a car, expected to be greeted promptly for my appointment. They were not professional or courteous while greeting me for my appointment. Martha had the worst customer service. She has a horrible attitude. And everyone seemed to be rushing me instead of actually helping me out. Don’t recommend this place at all unless you wanna see dirty cars with the worst prices!

I know exactly where this dealership is. My hometown is Olivehurst and I was advised to travel two hours to get a great deal for a car. After going through this horrific ordeal and being racially profiled I was disgusted with this business and will not allow them to act like my experience was not real. The establishment was very dirty with trash in the cars , and I was ignored the entire time. You all should be ashamed, and Martha was absolutely the person I spoke to during my appointment.

Do not ask for Martha, she has the snottiest attitude. I know Olivehurst isn't the shiniest city but after reading all the 5 star reviews I was convinced I could come here for a positive experience. My appointment was ignored, and I was shown the dirtiest cars available . I'm guessing I didn't have the right sounding voice on the phone. Was an absolute nightmare. Establishment was also dirty and I'm just disgusted I will never get these hours of my life back.

I want to thank everyone at Pacific Auto Center! They are a stand up dealership that sticks to their word, which is a trait that isnt easy to find with a used car dealership. They have a great line up of cars , vans and some really nice trucks, I would gladly go vehicle shopping there again when the time comes. Thank you!

ASK FOR OUT THE DOOR PRICE! Super scummy place, they don't tell you about the add ons that increase the price by thousands. Don't believe the listings you see on Carfax, etc from this place. Take your business elsewhere. Look at the reviews on Yelp as well.

Called and confirmed car we saw was still there and the price of the car. Drove 1.5 hours and test drive it. Guy starts talking about these options they add on every car of theirs. Some of the stuff he listed already came standard with the trim package this car had. That's double dipping. That's stealing. Then when we called him out on it he plays dumb. Ok maybe a mistake... I tell him "no we don't want your options you can take that off except what comes with this trim level". Then he claims there are two items that he can't take off the car and they are $895 each. I said, "no. You knew whatever was on the car you can't take off when you post the sale price so it's baked into the advertised price. You bought this car at auction via your sister dealership. Anything you put on you can take off. I called and confirmed the price. I expect to pay tax and registration and doc Fees but no add ons you claim you can't take off". He kept saying..."but it's on all our cars." I said "I don't care." He had us sit for 15 min comes back and says "I can knock it down to $795 each."Got up and walked out. Frauds and liars. Typical car salesmen tactics. This is why there's a stereotype. Complete con bait and switch. Waste of my time.

Are appointment was at 230 and we arrived at 110 and Jose help us out and took us early. With that being said Jose showed us the truck that we wanted to see and from there we talk numbers. Jose and Carlos were firm and fair and listened to what I had to say on where I wanted to be at with my monthly payments and they even bought my truck out to clear out my loan. Awesome dealership!! Will go back in the future!! Great people!!
