Came here with the exact product I wanted. Had looked it up prior, online. Showed item to the owner of store, I believe. Older man. He went to the back, returned with an item, and told me the amount due. I explained the battery I showed him was $80 less than the battery he grabbed from back. 1. he informed me he only keeps “good” batteries in stock. Cool, insult me. 2. When I exclaimed, the web said I could pickup the chosen battery on site today… he let me know the website isn’t accurate. Cool, bad business practices. 3. He kept reiterating I was getting “double” the battery. Cool, not what I asked for. Then he proceeded to continue to be confrontational about the item he choose for me, again I did not ask for the battery he decided on, and since he already had my card and had charged the amount, I was stuck with a sale I did not initiate nor agree to. Had I known before he intended on doing whatever he wanted I would not have handed over my debit card. Since no returns on batteries I literally walked out of the store over charged, with an item I didn’t ask for and frustrated. I guarantee if I was not a woman , he would not have been so condescending and insulting. NEVER AGAIN. And there are literally more auto parts shops in Chowchilla then anything else with the new O’reillys opening. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS, if you expect to get what you want/need. Especially if you are a woman.

I've had to go to this store a few times due to needing a part. Key words are "Had to" some of the rudest business owners I have ever met For a small town with an Autozone down the street. Went again today for a part said to be available today on the website. Get there and was told if you wanted it today you should have came in this morning. WTF kind of service is that, no apology just should have came in this morning. I Wish negative stars were an option. Save your time and money and just drive pass this dumpy little store.
