DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE❗️take your hard earn money elsewhere. My mother had purchased two vehicles here and both cars that we had for less then 2 years, has transmission and catalytic converter issues, on top of that the owner was very rude about the whole situation! Unfortunately we are stuck paying off theses car, I don’t want anyone else who isnt financially stable to purchase a car here because you will end up spending more money to fix them !!!!

Worst place ever to buy a car never go to this place!we bought a car there and the engine started having problems took it to them and they couldn't do anything about it they’re not even helpful same thing happened to my cousin he bought a car from there and same problem with the engine never recommending anyone there!

Don’t come here if you’re trading in a vehicle. They take the maximum time to complete a payoff for your old vehicle. I’ve called pretty much everyday and they always give me the run around. They tell me to call the Fontana branch and the Fontana branch tells me to call the chowchilla branch. Then when I ask to talk to someone in charge the salesman Miguel gives me the runaround saying he’ll handle it. Very disappointed in the post sales service. I was planning on coming back to get my wife a vehicle but I’m definitely going elsewhere

Worst place ever the last time buying a car from here not good service ownership you sells you a lemon car even if it's use it's messed up things are broken inside of it engine lasts you for a week and then you have problems I will never tell people about this place they do their own finances and sometimes they don't go to the bank money goes into his pocket my family knows these people and it's very bad news not good things that I hear

If you actually go thru with a purchase expect the vehicle to have all kinds of malfunctions after there warranty has expired which is approximately 30 days. Then you'll discover there true color to customer service. Then you will kick your self in the head. So do some homework before committing. If there was a negative 5 stars. That would suit them like a glove! I would not be surprised if they change there name... Be aware they offer the same crap!

I had to talk to them on the phone and made an offer on a car I was told they would get back to me I emailed them I text them I called them and a week later still no response I ended up flying to Oregon and buying the car up there or 4000 instead of six

Big thank you to Jordan, Eric, and Miguel! Everyone there works as a team and they really try and do everything to help you get the car you want. If you plan on buying a car there they allow you to do as much testing of the car as possible even to the point to taking the vehicle to a certified mechanic BEFORE purchase and they literally have no problems with it. Why? Cause they’re awesome! Nothing to hide and they are the most absolute transparent with you as possible. Thanks again guys/gals from The Palms! Las Palmas
