Family member ordered a blue dash light off of Amazon for me as a gift got the light bar and it is missing the bolts and nuts that hold the suscution cups email them was told to give an order number which I don't have tried calling no one answers the phone will not buy from them

Ordered a light bar. Went to track it and it said it was cancelled. No reason as to why. I tried contacting the company, no response!! No refund, no nothing. 10/10 do NOT recommend this company

Customer service is awful. Placed order on June 19th, 2023. Tracking status as of June 20th, 2023 was “label created”. 9 days later status still stated “label created” called and got ahold of a customer service representative. She stated she’d provide me an update by end of day. Never happened. Called the following day 10 different times and got their voicemail. Left several messages NEVER returned. Sent an email stating to reply or send the product with overnight shipping or else I’d dispute the charge with the Credit Card Company reporting XpriteUSA as a fraudulent company. Only then I received a reply saying they’d send out the merchandise which should take 3-5 business days! Didn’t provide a tracking number or anything! Have taken this to the credit card company with a fraudulent claim. This company needs to be looked into. Awful.

Don’t ever buy from this company, they are lairs they sent a broken hood for my jeep and after 6 months of running after them and they didn’t refund my money and didn’t “find any solution”.Basically stole my money.Don’t buy from this company trust me.Do yourself favor and pay more for a different company.Also bad quality.

LED replacement light for Gladiator Grill was advertised as being in stock. I ordered two and received prompt confirmation of order. Ordered on April 18th. Payment was processed and debited from my account.It is now May 5th... have not received product, no shipment notification, no reply to voice message and no reply from customer service email. Need to notify FTC.UPDATE: 05/08 - Within hours of posting this, I received an email from Xprite indicating the quantity listed as being in stock was an error and I would be receiving a refund.

Purchased a chase light bar for our SXS. Was advertised to be "turn signals" too. Brown and blue wires are for turn signals. They provided no blinker switch, no flasher box, and it doesn't work as advertised. Light bar cannot be on when in town. No lights work unless light bar switch is on. Not happy

I really wouldn't give this place 1 star, but had to give something to post anything. As others have said, the customer service is Horrible, almost totally absent! I ordered the FOCAL SERIES TRUCK BED LIGHTS in RED from LED Factory Mart on the internet and paid $59.99 online on December 21, 2022. The lights were received from Xptrite USA Xtreme Inc. and were blue instead of RED. I wanted to return them because I didnt want to blue ones. It required extensive correspondence to obtain a return mailing label, but it finally came on January 13, 2023 and I returned the lights. The last correspondence received January 28, 2023 told me to send them an extra $26 for the price difference and shipping of the blue lights. They seem to be insistent to send me Blue lights, but I don't want them. I might be doing well just to get my money back at this point. OH, They dont answer their phone either. Lonnie Webb, P.E.
