If negative stars were possible, they would be a -10! I have been a customer for 7 years and since the new owners took over, the service is absolutely appalling. They are NEVER open! NEVER! My packages have been stuck inside for nearly 3 weeks, there are so many "missed delivery" tags on the front door and angry notes from frustrated customers anxiously waiting to get their packages. I have called and left messages, notes and have gone to the location 16 times now and nothing! Went to the post office and they knew all about the business owners being MIA. This place is horrible - go elsewhere!

Fraud. Watchout. I can't retrieve package despite calling and leaving notes on their locked doors. Its been over 3 months...Po box also has no access. They steal.mail.....last time I checked mail theft is a felony....

i have been trying to get my mail for the past 2 weeks which includes my passport because i got it delivered here and now i cant!!!! im going out the country in two weeks i need to get my mail wtf why are you guys always closed??? i will be calling the police and filing a report

For almost a year it has been impossible to pick up my mail. The new owners just stopped coming. I've changed the address on all my stuff now but I still have a few things that I need to get. But they are never there.

This company was good for many years and now it's gone to s**** If you can't find people to work there do it yourself you lazy f**** Stop f****** your customers which you won't have soon in the a*** You don't care about your business anyway. Seriously I've been trying to get my package since October 19, I've been going daily to check if it's open and NOTHING. I've been calling every single day and no answer. Get it together what kind of business is this. If I don't get my package when I need it I will be asking for your business to pay for my package, there are no returns or exchanges on my package and I am pregnant I need my package NOW. I don't understand how you are still "open" how did you ever even have good reviews?! WHOEVER SEES MY REVIEW STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO HOLD YOUR PACKAGES HOSTAGE. I was forced to rate this stupid business a 1 star when they deserve NOTHING.

I go to check my mail daily and there is nothing, I am waiting for checks and important papers and there is no one there to help, I have not received mail for more than 2 weeks, it is irritating that the owner does not have or pay an employee who is all the days there.

I am absolutely appalled and disgusted to be treated in such a way as a paying customer. I have a Po box here and I had mail that couldn't be delivered because they ARE NOT OPEN DURING BUSINESS HOURS. I am seeing other people are also having the same issue of the owner of this place just seems they are never there. Please stay away unless you like being ignored as a customer. I tried calling during all hours of the day for the past week, even tried going there and still can't get ahold of anyone here. Terrible business practices.

It's Thursday at 1:40pm. Why are you closed????? Major inconvenience. Hours on the door and yelp are incorrect or someone is locking up when they aren't supposed to.

There hours are not right? I came at 3:30pm as it's listed everywhere online that they close at 6:30pm. Well it's closed so now I can't get my package. Unfortunately UPS delivered it to them Instead of my house which is something that I don't understand why but all I want is my package and honestly just say your closed instead of lying about your hours.
