Been going here for a while and the customer service is always great, staff is always there to help you get the supplements you need and have good knowledge of what they're selling. Clothes are cool too and everything is always at a good price, definitely recommend.

Stopped in here on a whim for some protein and got the best customer service experience I've had in a LONG time. Ryan helped me out. No pressure, no upselling all knowledge and helpfulness. I even got some free samples and an awesome first time customer promotion. Definitely coming back for more gains!

I buy allll my supplements at the Montclair location and I wanted to use the inbody machine so they told me the chino location has one and I can use it there, so I drive down and tell the employee they sent me down and he said I needed to buy something still to be able to use it, made me feel so unappreciated as a customer. I spend over $150 a month there and I always send them people too.
