Wow! I'm impressed with the excellent customer service, speed and price! My new go to for oil changes. I spent decades overpaying and waiting for hours at the at the other place.

I pulled up and waited five minutes, then walked in to get help. I had to greet the employee myself. He told me that I should wait at my car and they would write me up. I waited another five minutes. Someone came up and asked me what the year, make, model, and engine size was. Then she went to see if they even had the filter, I told her that it is a specific type of oil that is needed. She came back two minutes later to tell me that they do not have the tool for my car. I asked if they do oil changes and she replied yes, just not for your car. I asked if that was all Walmarts and she said yes. Listen if you're unable to do Volkswagen's, then perhaps they should have a sign out front or at least know this before having to go ask. You expect when you bring your car into a place that specializes in auto care that they would be informed. Apparently not! Big waste of time and huge lack of service.

I used to have a preferred garage that I visit near where I live, but its hard to make appt with that mechanic a week away. So I turned my business to Walmart since past year for routine oil change. Depending on the day and time, you will know how long it will take when you drive into Lube queue. When you have 2 cars ahead then somewhere 1.5-2 hour wait before you checkout; if no car ahead then pretty much under 45 min. So now Walmart, Target, American Tires, Amazon, and Costco are the most frequent stores that I visit with my Auto needs and compete for cost of parts.

I've called this Walmart Auto Center over seven times in a row now, and no one answers the phone. How can I check if they have the tires I need if they don't answer? I'm hesitant to drive over there and waste my time and gas just to check if they have the tires I need in stock. Seriously, who manages this location? Are they all like this?

The worst customer service!!! All of you working there are clowns! Had me waiting for over 25 minutes, no one helped they all ignored customers. There were over 4 cars waiting and they had 2 open spots where they fix cars. Wasted my time, no one assisted me. Don't waste your money here. Drive a few minutes down to the Walmart Auto center on Rio Rancho Road.

My husband and myself been bringing in all our vehicles here so far this place is most definitely not over charged and they most definitely take care of there customers with proper service and asked us if we had any questions about our vehicles I totally recommend Johnny if you have any questions to ask he's awesome and very kind .... But other wise all the guys here are all very respectful and well managed

NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Lesson learned brought my Cadillac for oil change and they broke my Air Intake box and tapped it back together with black tape and some kind of epoxy it held for a day until I realized the cars remote start would not stay on and when I opened up the hood it was clear as day, somebody had Rigged my intake valve . Very disappointed and John the Manager at Walmart Did not help either he is such a piece of shit!! Don't trust these guys there all shady I will be filing corporate complaint

Walmart auto center in chino, CA is so bad. They are just lazy employees. It was second time. I was ok at first visiting. I have no idea who are working now. But they are so bad and rude for me. Especially Johnny doesn't have any responsibility for his job. But Nicolas has good mind and honest. I have no idea why Walmart has auto service center instead of no responsibility.

Tony and Bryan were very kind and helpful when it came to helping me find my car battery in stock at location and others. Bryan was able to check my battery life and give me a jump. I appreciate the patience! I have a heavy commute between home and work so car troubles tend to worry me frequently... thanks!!!

I went to this Walmart to replace my 2 rear tires and was told that they needed to preorder them. So 2 days later the tires arrived but the employee who was helping me didn't know where they were located. About 30 minutes later another employee looked up the tires on the computer and found them immediately. Then I was told that they were unable to install the new tires because they were too big for their machine. If my tires are too big to install, then why didn't they tell me that when I first ordered them? It's funny that they can sell me new tires, but don't know how to properly install them due to their inexperience. I went to another tire shop up the street and they had no problem with installing my new tires.

I went to Walmart to get an oil change in my vehicle.. however when I received my vehicle back I noticed a strange sound & looked under the car & noticed the lid or pan was dragging... I brought the car back & one of the employees advised that a bolt was missing and so he tucked it under something & said it was drivable for now. My vehicle was fine before I brought it in for service. I'm very upset about all of this & found it to be very unprofessional. Now I have to find a mechanic that can fix the issue Walmart caused.

This Auto Center opens on Sunday at 8 am but gate opened at 8:10am I was there at 7:15am in line and they took me at 8:45 am in its always this location is delayed and nobody takes responsibility next time I will think twice to come and change oil here
