Pros: The hours are convenient, especially for the Pharmacy. Cons: Everything else. Medication is always out of stock, they are constantly jerking me around about when my medication is ready, they never answering phone calls, and they call you to ask you to refill prescriptions that you no longer need.

Bad customer service from the cashier on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 in the afternoon. There are special things with coupons, but since my app didn't appear on the store's computer, I had to pay the regular price. She didn't want to help me at all.

I called about getting a price check on one item. Each time I got transferred to a new person. The second person (male) who answered the phone was just not professional at all. A sassy attitude. I asked about a Claritin bottle and he processed to tell me “ I know that I’m asking you what kind of Claritin and how many tablets” and then transfers me to another sweet girl who actually had no problem answering my questions and checking out the floor for what I was asking. I didn’t even bother going after I spoke to them and after seeing the online reviews I’m glad I just went to target instead. they had the same discount and they always have excellent customer service.

Based on my experience (or lack of) with the pharmacy I would never recommend this location to anyone. You wait on hold only to be put back on hold several times and nobody ever picks up. I was released from the hospital and needed to check if my prescription was ready but they never answered. The kind pharmacist at Sam's Club called and was able to get through on the doctor's line and get my prescription switched so I could pick I there instead. I understand being short staffed, but that always comes back to poor management (pharmacist). Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs. It's the last thing you want to be doing especially when you're already ill. Shame on this Walgreens. I wish I could say this was an isolated incident, but it happened ten days later which is why I'm taking the time to post.

Mid-afternoon a few days ago. I was standing in line for checkout. Staring straight ahead towards the front door. I saw a young man walking in a odd fashion with his arms in back of him. I then noticed that he was cradling a 12pk of Heinken obviously he was stealing. I couldn't believe my eyes! By the time I realized the theft he was out the door. I told the checker what I saw and she responded in a lazy tone "Oh, happens all the time". I said "you're not going to do anything about it or call the police?" She replied "No we been told not to" So I said "So anyone can come in here anytime and steal and nothing happens?" She said the last time an employee tried to stop a theft thy were fired. Who runs this store? That is the stupidest thing I ever heard of! They could at least take a snapshot of video suspect an inform the police. Further they can call the police for loitering bums in front of the store. Chino Police officers make 97k a year. I pay plenty on property taxes and local stores inflation prices because of theft. I suspect this store will be gone soon because of idiot mismanagement

I like going to this store their associates are very helpful. The store manager is always on top of everything helping customers.

Worst pharmacy in the area!!! They’re short of people. Old lady with glasses at the register is not professional at all!She doesn’t even know which insurance card to use between iehp and medical. She had to ask another young lady about that….She was so slow typing at the computer, it took forever for her to check everything…. She said my insurance card was expired (it was not!!!) and I find out the insurance didn’t go thorough because the date of birth on their computer was wrong!!!She had the insurance card with all info and she didn’t even checked!

The lady at the register doesn’t do well her job.Hire more professionals people please!Slowest pick up ever had (not counting the waiting time in line, just insurance checkup at the register it took very very long) because people here type on the keyboard very very very slow.

Don’t come here! Go to the cvs that it’s much better!!!!They’re very very very slow here! And they put wrong date of birth and after they tell you to come back after 1 hour because they have too many prescriptions.

After waiting in the drive thru line at Walgreens to pick-up (I was the only car) My prescription was ready and had been ready but it would not fit thru the window opening. I was asked to go inside - I asked the pharmacist if I needed to wait in line again. Pharmacist (female) replied no one in line sarcastically (how dare I ask I should expect to wait again) I went inside only to wait again beside someone Walgreens could not find the person's name nor had filled the order. The other person was sick and coughing and hacking, after the person walked away, she/Pharmacist was ready to hand me my already filled order and charge me. I asked the Pharmacist if she could charge me at another station/window. The response was as thought the Pharmacist did not hear me (I talk loud and clear)...it is clear Walgreens more associates and better service. I suppose that is why my company has moved the special meds to CVS. I think I will as well change my store to CVS.

I cant believe that no one picks up the phone, been calling yesterday specially pharmacy which should be one of the most impt dept because people need their meds. I have to call before i go because i want to know why i dont have a refill reminder and i dont have anymore med to take for my blood pressure. i started to call yesterday until evening even until 8:30 pm. i dont want to go there straight and still have to wait of whatever is the reason why i dont have my refill which i have been receiving it monthly. also because i work during the day and its a distance from my work. even with 50 rings, so many times ive been calling. until today.

This is my first ever negative review on Google. I've been coming here for years because it's a convenient location, but no more. This review is about the pharmacy. They just don't care about you. Most pharmacies aren't fantastic, but this one is not good. They don't answer the phone, and if they do, they tell you to call back later, or they put you on hold forever. They need more employees or better employees. Either way, Walgreens doesn't care about you (and especially this location), so why give them business? Go to a smaller business/pharmacy who will treat you better. I'm done with them. I won't dedicate another hour of my life to their goof ups and lack of communication. It's just not worth the headache.
