After waiting in the drive thru line at Walgreens to pick-up (I was the only car) My prescription was ready and had been ready but it would not fit thru the window opening. I was asked to go inside - I asked the pharmacist if I needed to wait in line again. Pharmacist (female) replied no one in line sarcastically (how dare I ask I should expect to wait again) I went inside only to wait again beside someone Walgreens could not find the person's name nor had filled the order. The other person was sick and coughing and hacking, after the person walked away, she/Pharmacist was ready to hand me my already filled order and charge me. I asked the Pharmacist if she could charge me at another station/window. The response was as thought the Pharmacist did not hear me (I talk loud and clear)...it is clear Walgreens more associates and better service. I suppose that is why my company has moved the special meds to CVS. I think I will as well change my store to CVS.

They give me the wrong medication and they are very rude my medication was ready and they didn't give it to me on time I suggest nobody goes here

I cant believe that no one picks up the phone, been calling yesterday specially pharmacy which should be one of the most impt dept because people need their meds. I have to call before i go because i want to know why i dont have a refill reminder and i dont have anymore med to take for my blood pressure. i started to call yesterday until evening even until 8:30 pm. i dont want to go there straight and still have to wait of whatever is the reason why i dont have my refill which i have been receiving it monthly. also because i work during the day and its a distance from my work. even with 50 rings, so many times ive been calling. until today.

The pharmacy here at Walgreens deserves negative stars if it was possible. I tried to return a call that I had received from the pharmacy and after waiting 2 minutes I was told I need to speak to the store, so they transferred me to the store where I waited for 35 minutes and was hung up on. I called back and I inform the pharmacy of my previous experience and they state they will transfer me directly and I was placed on hold and after 3 minutes I was hung up on again. I called a 3rd time and tried to informed the pharmacy I would like to not be placed on hold again because I was hung up on twice, and before I could finish my request she just transferred my call where I waited another 30 minutes to speak with someone. That is no way to treat any customer, and a " oh I am sorry" is no good enough. This type of service should not happen period. Walgreens should be ashamed and do better. This isn't the first time this Walgreens has done something like this via phone interaction or in person. This is the last time I use Walgreens for anything. CVS is light years ahead of Walgreens in regards to customer satisfaction and displaying professionalism during customer interactions.

A joke of a pharmacy. Don't have enough staff and don't have an organized system. Called to ask how long medication I got sent here would take. They have me a time to come at. I arrived at that time and they told me my only options were wait thirty minutes, come back in two hours, or come back the next day. Why give a time if you can't be ready by then? I literally wouldn't have come I'm coming at the time you're telling me to.. and now I have to wait here when that was the point of me calling and asking when it would be ready... Also customers that come here are rude as well. Only time I sent medication here. Won't make that mistake twice.

Came by the pharmacy to get a prescription filled arrived before the 500 cut off for out of stock items. Said my prescription would be here tomorrow. Got a message confirming the delivery of my prescription the following day. Showed up the next day only for them to tell me it's not ready. What a joke I had to suffer without my meds and waste my time. Nobody really cared about the inconvenience or had any apologies or solutions. So much for customer service!

There is something going on with the pharmacy inside. I don't have any complaints about the pharmacy staff they are great but However, the prices have been strange I pay 3.17$ for insulin syringes for the last 10 years and last week I paid $11.99 , this week I paid $3.17 back to the original price. how many other people had to pay $11.99? Very wrong I felt like they took advantage of me and others. .

I came here after postal centers + across the street suggested to get passport photos taken here. Valerie was the lady that helped me. She was pretty efficient with the photos and printed them out right after she took them. I noticed she had to edit the background herself so the pictures look a little funky, but hopefully they are acceptable. The cost was $16, I don't think I saved any money coming here.Walgreens also have kiosks to print pictures from your phone so while I waited, I printed some pictures from my phone. The prints came out instantly. When I was done with my order, the machine literally spits them out one by one. It was a little bit annoying because they were landing on the floor. Once I figure that out, I was able to watch for them. I feel like they need to put some thing there to catch the pictures but it's in a walkway, so probably wouldn't work. The lady Valerie handed me an envelope for them thankfully. if I would have ordered online I could have save 30%! I gave three stars because of the printing machine, spitting out the pictures and also because I did not like how the passport pictures have to be edited.

I ordered COVID tests online at this location. It wasn't showing up on their system although I had confirmation on my end. No problem. I placed another order under my husband's name. Didn't show up. I was placed on hold by 7 (not even kidding; 7) different employees. One time, I was hung up on. They bounced me back-and-forth from pharmacy, to the front of the store, to a manager to find someone there who knew how to look up online orders. Not a single person could figure out how to do it. After I asked if they could just help me place a new order, I was placed on hold again and sent right back to the first person that told me they did not handle these orders. I just bought the tests from a local CVS instead. I was waiting for about an hour to get absolutely nowhere. This location has horrible customer service and no organization in regards to Covid tests. This is an absolute weakness for the store and they need to make sure their staff is more properly trained.

I would give the pharmacy zero stars if I could. The pharmacists are so mean and they give you mean looks. I came to ask if COVID test kits were covered by insurance and the first person said oh... I'm not sure. I don't think so. Then I waited for someone else to ask because she said she didn't know and it is indeed covered by private insurance. This other person took the information of who I needed the test for and said she'll text me back when she has everything ready. So I left the pharmacy and ran errands. After 30 mins, I came back to ask a follow up question if those not under my insurance I would have to pay out of pocket for but there's this other person that didn't even let me finish the question and said "she's preparing the kits". The other girl who was preparing them heard and said to me very rudely "I'm labeling them right now!" I had to tell her that's not what I came for, I came to ask a question if they'd let me finish. Then that's when the other girl answered the question. Then they both looked at each other whispering. Very unprofessional. This is the worst pharmacy ever!

This location does not feel safe. There's shady male solicitors standing outside who approach you and call things out. As if that's not scary enough, inside the pharmacy waiting area smelled like urine. Then, my experience getting my booster shot was not good:. 1. They didn't write my shot down on my card or upload it to my record digitally. 2. The tech didn't wear a mask (and we are in an enclosed space with door shut). 3. The tech forgot to rub my arm with alcohol before giving me the shot (at least for the flu shot) 4. I was not informed whether my booster was Pfizer or not 5. I was not told to sit for 15 minutes afterward to see if there were any adverse side effects I had to call afterward and ask which vaccine was given to me and my concerns about the lack of a record. The person on the phone told me to come back to get my vaccination card written on but I told her I don't feel safe. So now I don't know what to do. I just checked my record online but don't see the booster uploaded on there. I should've addressed these concerns in person right after, but I didn't think to do so as I was preoccupied worrying about my safety leaving the store. I don't mean to blame everyone there, but I just feel unsettled after this experience. About my lack of record, my arm not being sanitized beforehand, the solicitors outside, etc. please try to remember to update everyone's vaccination card from now on and to sanitize the arm! Tbh I'm worried I I may not have even been given the correct shots :(

So upset with Walgreens! I have been a customer of this Walgreens since 2003. I never had any issues until today. I registered to get my Covid booster and they turned me away. According to them I was not eligible. So it all started hen I first walked up to the window, the gray haired pharmacy tech seemed to be in a bad mood. She asked if I had registered and I replied yes. She asked the time of my appointment to which I informed her of the appt time. I showed her the text I had received from Walgreens and then I showed her the confirmation. While she is looking for my information on the computer, she seems upset and has a stink face. The tech then asked for my card. I asked if she needed my insurance card. She didn't reply. So I gave her my insurance card and vaccination card. She took my card and then walked over to the pharmacist. I could see her asking if I was eligible for the vaccine. She and the pharmacist walked over to me and asked if I was immonucompromised. I replied in the affirmative. He then asked me what condition I had. Keep in mind, I am protected by HIPPA and they are asking personal medical information in a public setting. Additionally I had already submitted my health information when I registered and made my appointment. Let's not forget I get my prescription medications from this same pharmacy. Once the pharmacist informed me I wasn't eligible I thanked them for wasting my time. I then requested to speak to the manager. He then came back and told me the pharmacist said I wasn't eligible. The manager had a piece of paper in his hand but one, he never let me read the paper nor he told me the reason I was not eligible for the vaccine. I came home and immediately called the CDC hotline. The rep confirmed I was indeed eligible for the booster. She also took down the store info because she was going to report it to the CDC So I'm here at CVS getting my booster thank goodness. Very quick and easy process thank you CVS.

I usually favor this pharmacy over the CVS down the street. And usually they're okay with wait times and customer service, but today I went to pick up a prescription over the drive through. It was through their second part where you speak into the speaker. The lady talking was extremely rude! If you do not like your job or having a bad day don't go in!. So whoever was working today on the drive through, fix your attitude and tone when speaking to people. Rude a*** 2 stars because I've had good customer service here before!
