I’ve been a customer for several years now and wouldn’t think of going back to a large chain pharmacy ever again. Never had to wait more than 15min. Usually ready within 5 minutes. Terrific staff as well.

Great pharmacy have been using their services for several years, they have medication that other pharmacy's don't have in stock. Vip really does treat me like a Very Important Person, they help me obtain my refills and prescriptions from my rather flakey provider. The staff goes out of their way to continue to contact the drs office when they have said they already sent my refills and actually didn't send anything. I'm sure when they see my name everytime their call like not again with this guy but They give the same patience and understanding every time that my provider messed up my prescriptions every other month. I suggest taking your pharmacy needs to VIP Pharmacy they will take care of you.- Chris Campos

I have been going to this pharmacy for decades and I really like it a lot only thing that sucks is sometimes the pharmacist tells me I can't get certain medications there and I don't understand that at all I also have relations with the sister pharmacies in Montclair and Upland I wish I could get everything done at Chino location but unfortunately that won't work ? but I've dealt with it for this many years so I'll be okay there's great service there and the employees are wonderful once again my only problem is not being able to get all meds but I absolutely love the pharmacists especially Meagan and Julie they sure do go above and beyond I've come a long way ❤

If I could give them a zero stars I would. Everytime I come to pick up medication there is an issue. Only given half order and made to come bck for rest. Told it be ready in a hour and is not ready even after 2 hrs of waiting. Would not recommend coming or picking up prescriptions here.

When thinking about pharmacy we always tend to think of the big box pharmacies either for convenience or because we don't know any better. I am so grateful I found this pharmacy. It's small, but they always have the medications in stock and always give the best customer service. If you can make it during their operating hours, it's by far a better option than the big pharmacies.

During the last two months the female pharmacist has been giving me a hard time in having my pain management medications filled there. Twice she has told me to change to another pharmacy that I received most of my medications from. I chose VIP Because it was in the same building as my doctor and they went beyond to make sure I received my pain medications over the last 9 years with no issues till recently. The pharmacist herself told me to move all my medications there or move to another place. I was so upset I was unsure what to do. So with my many medical problems including going through cancer having a stroke as well dealing with major depression I have decided to do just that and move all my medications to the other pharmacy. I will do so very sad that something that worked out well for me now needs to change because of this one pharmacist that refuses to leave things the way they where.

V.I.P. Pharmacy is awesome. Everyone who works there is kind, patient, and understand. But most Importantly, they are problem solvers. If there is a issue with your medication, they get your doctor on the phone right of way and rectify the situation.
