Vertical IT Solutions has been working with us here at JD2, Inc. for several years now. They are always available and are willing to drop everything in emergency situations for us. I have never felt like a bother to our lead technician, Charlie, even when I know I am putting a lot on his plate. Calling Charlie is like calling a friend.
Every department has been courteous and always presents with a friendly voice. Josiah, our sales representative, was extremely helpful in explaining the terms and services that came with our new contract. Additionally, he tailored a contract perfectly to our organization and its needs. Josiah also showed some serious patience and flexibility dealing with my busy schedule. 100% up time, great support, we have two virtual servers running LAMP stacks for online education and Vertical Computers have been amazing!
