Gerry is awesome. He always has the right solution for my phone issues and assists me promptly. I know that if he is handling my case, I have nothing to worry about. I feel very taken care of at this store and I always leave feeling assured and satisfied with my experience. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. Gerry the store manager is very knowledgeable person. I spent over 3 hours trying to troubleshoot Apple Watch issue with Verizon customer service to no success. I walked to the store and within 15 minutes, Gerry resolved my issue. I would never go to any other store. Thank you for being efficient and understanding. It is refreshing to know that a store manager is well versed on the product that his store sells. Thank you.

This store is terrible. I have never rated a store so harshly! They are all liars. I think they will deceive you of the real bill fee, tell you how much it is in a month, and hide a lot of information. Once you open an account and register it, you will find that the gift card has expired, and your discount can't be used. There are a lot more expenses that you don't know, far more than the original cost. When you come to them. They will tell you that it's all because you don't know how to deal with these. It's not so fake to open a communication account in China. I'm an accountant. I haven't dealt with my affairs for three days. They always say that the supervisor is on the phone. I think their supervisor has obvious racial discrimination. It's not easy to neglect you. If you don't want to feel bad, I sincerely hope you stay away from this store.

Be careful when you go into promotions they not give you all information and before trade something make sure that they will tell you exactly how much credit they will give you per month. I got screw in one of my trade because employee never told me the hole true . Is ok they lost the hole family customers forever Do yourself a favor and go to another store. Verizon corporation should do something about this store. So many complaints.

This store and its employees took advantage of selling products to my 82 year old mother who does not understand. Her phone was stolen and they sold her more expensive replacements even though I have insurance. Upon speaking to the management while I was abroad they still sold her products/services that I told them not to give her as I'm the authorized person in charge of my mothers plan. They still continued with telling her what to do. I'm in process of speaking to Corporate Verizon who is recognizing their wrongs. This says a lot about the employees at Verizon in my opinion. If you can take advantage of the elderly, after speaking to management on behalf of my mother, I hope you and your staff feel the shame of this review. Be very careful of these viper salespeople with no scruples who take prey whenever they can.

A female customer service with glasses has a horrible attitude(do not know her name) extremely inpatient, bro need to get some easier work instead of customer service, asked few questions, but she responds in really aggressive tone. A lines price was a bit expensive for me but when I told her she came up as “this is expensive?!” Stared at me. I already have 2 lines with Verizon already. Bro gotta improve the patience and improve her attitude

I just got done chatting with Kheli from Verizon. I had an amazing experience! She was professional, kind and knew exactly what she was doing. ! It was fast and easy! I appreciate her wonderful service and want to thank her for everything she did for me today! Kheli is one of those employees that you need to do everything to keep because she is that valuable!

I must compliment Kheli C. As me and my family arrived inside and were seated with her. She took the time to really do her job MORE than I ever seen in any other office. She is very patient & knowledgeable and the best I ever met in the 10+ years in using Verizon services. I thank you for helping my family and I with our new phones!

Don't waste your time coming here. This store has a full staff all just lounging around and when I came in for help they were quick to dismiss me. Didn't even bother looking up my phone number to see what my options were, nothing. The person that assisted me needed to ask someone else my question only to mostly make up and assume what I wanted. The other person didn't even bother looking at me to see if he could help. Verizon do better! I've already considered moving providers and this just makes me want to move over to another company even more.

I dont know how to reach anyone to complain - i had the absolute WORST experience at the Chino Hills, Ca store on Grand. Currently an AT&T customer of 7 years with 4 lines. Was aiming to switch providers to Verizon and pick up the Gizmo watches for my kids. Went into the Chino Hills corporate store last night and met with Randy.I typed out a quick note on my phone to him indicating our intent to purchase the watches discreetly because our kids were with us and he immediately proceeds to tell me out loud in front of my kids that they don't want or need the Gizmo, they need Apple watches!!! - way to ruin Christmas, pal! ? not only did he tell my children what theyre getting (theyre 8 and 10), but his tactless, carelessness created such a conundrum. And youd think hed somehow find a quasi graceful way to recover from this egregious error, but no, he mentioned it 3 more times after i managed to calm the kids down. What part of "sell me these watches and put them in the bag without talking about it" did he not understand!?Out of the goodness of my husbands heart, we continued to entertain this hot mess of a salesman. He ran our credit, completed the application and by the end the of the transaction we agreed to port over our 4 existing lines, add 2 smartwatches and pick up 2 tables (a total of EIGHT lines of service).Because of the commotion that was caused we elected to come back this morning without the kids to finalize the transaction. And maybe, just maybe salvage some element of surprise for Christmas morning.I called ahead like he suggested, he wasnt ready for me. I had to wait, something he promised i wouldn't have to do. Whatever, not a big deal. When he began to service my requests he no longer had any of the products he promised to hold for us. In fact, *I* would have to complete the transaction with him and *i* would have to drive to other locations to pick up my desired items. All the while he was attempting to manipulate our requests into various add ons that we didnt want or need.When i expressed my discontent with the situation and advised my patience had run up, he snapped at me saying "im just trying to help you, man!" - heads turned, people stared, i walked out.He wasnt in any alway trying to help me. He was trying and failing to make a sale. He ruined a Christmas present my kids had been begging for for years. Didnt have what he promised in stock because he gave them to clients who came in earlier this morning, and then had the audacity to play the victim when i said "no more!"I googled the location with the intent to speak with a manager. My call was routed to a call center then routed to an incorrect store. This has been an absolute nightmare of an experience. I walked in with 4 lines (2 personal, 2 business lines), intending to pick up 6, was talked into 8 and i get snapped at like im the bad guy!? How does that work!?!?!?!My favorite part when when i inquired about internet service in my area. My area isnt convered. My clue should have been his attempt to defraud verizon by signing me up to a "verified address" that could get internet and then "just taking the box" to my home. WHAT A SCAM!! does that even work!?!?!? ?Maybe all this sounds entitled and privileged, but when you work your a$$ off day in and day out... your money and your time have value. But i guess he got the last word. Went to a different Verizon store to establish service. Turns out he locked our APPROVED application and flagged my husbands social for fraud. Hes now on some Verizon fraud watchlist for 90 days and cant establish service until then.

Their Customer Service is Terrible !! Their Sales Techs. Are to busy looking at their phones and their assistance to help is the Worst I've seen in Years !!! When I asked if they can convert and activate my old I phone to my new I phone that was given to me as a gift , the sales rep. Said I had to make an appt. And there would be a fee to follow ... Wow ! Never thought it would come to this ! Ps... there were 8 sales reps. In the store and one other customer and myself ....the remaining reps. Had no customers . Said "Thank you " to the Rep. .... will not return to this store Again !!

I went to Verizon on Grand Avenue in Chino to purchase 2 cell phones but they didn't have the 15 pro in stock. I had to wait a week and a half for them to mail them to my home. They didn't tell us that the cell phones had changed connections to charge them and didn't come with any. So I wasn't happy about not being told about the changes from existing cell phone's. Why is it a miscommunication between a salesperson and customer when it's clearly not much communication in the first place. There should have everything on the table when a new item is being purchased.

After several issues with a phone I ordered through my app, I walked into this store to seek support and was pleasantly surprised. Both Moises and Jairo were tremendously helpful. They were very professional and managed to resolve all my issues in a timely manner. I am grateful to them, and I highly recommend this Verizon location.

I am appalled by you guys. My sweet uncle went in for help to deal with insurance and his phone that needs fixing and instead of helping you tried to get him to buy a new phone. Pathetic
