Says they open at 11am but when i went there at 12:00 the door is locked and the employee is just staring at me from the desk??? The door was absolutely locked and no it wasn't a holiday. dont go here!

If you're looking for someone to get upset with the questions you're asking, come to this place. Customer service was garbage, attitude was worse. Very lazy and unprofessional.

How was my experience ? The Girl that acts like she's the boss was No help at all and acted like if she wasn't gonna make a sale she wasn't gonna help me so she passed off to another coworker witch help me .. but she was enough for me not to go back to that store!!

DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALER. Unprofessional and scammy. I went in to get a phone upgrade and they messed up my account. Changed up my information without my permission, (pretty sure it's illegal) and my monthly statement ended up going up $10 instead of going down $20 like they promised. Will be contacting Verizon corporate and reporting their foul business ethics.

Melissa was great during the time I was there. Melissa was the only one there when 4 other customers came after me. One customer was really impatient and rude but Melissa kept her cool.

In November 2023, I visited a Verizon store to transfer two iPhones from my five-phone plan to my in-laws' two-phone plan. The goal was to upgrade their old Samsung phones with my iPhone 12s at no extra cost, maintaining their existing $90 monthly plan with senior and loyalty discounts. However, a store employee, Melissa, suggested upgrading to iPhone 14s on a new plan, promising no increase in their monthly bill due to a Black Friday sale. Trusting her advice, we proceeded, and I also upgraded to iPhone 15s on my plan. Unexpectedly, my father's bill increased from $90 to $120, causing distress due to his limited finances. Despite multiple confirmations from Melissa of an $88 monthly cost, another employee, Sergio, later contradicted this. Attempts to resolve this with the manager, Ricardo, were futile, and we learned he was replaced by Cesar. Unfortunately, Cesar was unable to rectify the situation, claiming the store couldn't absorb the misquoted costs. This left us in a precarious position, with my father-in-law facing an unaffordable bill. To alleviate this, I integrated his phones into my plan, hoping to reduce overall costs. This experience serves as a cautionary tale about the potential pitfalls of store promotions and the importance of getting quotes in writing. We felt misled by the situation and are now reaching out to Victra at WeCare@victra.com for further assistance.

Terrible experience so far with Verizon . One of the managers (who quit weeks later) promised me 600$ back 200$ per item I purchased . I paid 180$ for the items I'd never in my life pay that much for something so little like that but I did for the rebate / promotion bonus . All I got was 50$ credit and told to keep going back to the store I went to 3 times yesterday just getting the run around 0 help from either store or customer service, very rude customer leaves you on read/seen Or unresponsive then the chat resets and it's a new agent and I'm stuck explaining everything again cause multiple agents quit on me . Very very disappointing and regretful on switching services so far .

One of the worst Verizon stores I have ever been to, staff Malissa let me break a sim after refusing to help me then made me pay for another. I really hope Corp shuts down this store before they are con artists! Tried to rush me out the store to help another customer, I told the customer to wait! I will not stop here with this complaint!

Tuesday October 10 I went in just now around 1130 just to wait 30 min for this rude little kid to tell me since I don’t know the code he can’t help me make a payment because it’s not his problem… I know it’s not your Problem but you are there to help. They should put someone else to work and help because he doesn’t know what he’s doing and is so slow doesn’t know how to manage people..dumb
