I waited for the car wash for about 30 minutes and in the beginning of my wash it just shut down because the inconsiderate knucklehead in front of me was parked under the dryers. He wouldn't get out which messed up my car wash. The cashier was nice and gave me another code, but the car wash should not have done that. It was irritating to wait in the long line again so I would not recommend this car wash. Inside is good, but not the car wash. Go elsewhere.

Bianca the manager was rude as hell an very very unprofessional. At this point, I feel I do have a lawsuit. She humiliate and embarrass me in front of customers I ignored her with her stupidity. she act like she couldn't leave the parking lot unless I moved my car. Then she went to her car went in front of my car and continue to honk her horn then came back inside and said she will never service me as she was yelling and ranting and raving with her little daughter in the car. I asked for Manager's phone number and she is a manager then I asked for her supervisors number and they would not give it to me have not heard from them at all. I parked in the front due to having lower abdomen pain. I am having surgery on Monday. If she would've let me explain that and that I was just popping in to get a car wash and popping right out immediately, but she wouldn't stop yelling and acting a fool. An I have medical paperwork to prove it too. Then as she was in her car to leave because she had more than the room to do so she pulls up to the side of my car an rolls her window down to talk shit again WTfK. She is lucky that fools don't make me react quickly. Nor does intimidation of lip. They need to fire her!!!!!!!

**WATCH THE VIDEO FOR PROOF* Took my car through the drive through carwash. We heard a weird banging sound when the spinning brushes started washing the car. Long story short, after the wash we inspected the car, and found that there was a lose wire slapping the car when the spinner started. It left major scratches all over the car and a broken windshield as well. I took many videos and pictures while in the car wash as well, lots of proof. Left my Information with the current worker there, said manager would contact us tomorrow. So far nothing. Called them and didn't answer. Here is a video and pictures of the damage. Will be reaching out to the BBB if i dont hear from manager by the afternoon.

The tall slender gasoline attendant with the tattoos on his neck is rude and obnoxious. He asked if I had a mask and you know I forgot but other customers had entered the stablishment and had no mask the last time. If he has a problem with me he should tell me. Not me be rude...

All of their coffee was out except for the decaf. Even though the sign says they'll make more, they just told me they were out of the others and all they have is decaf. Now I have to go to another gas station.

Car wash does not work! I washed my car there twice and the brushes don't even touch most of the car. Manager said it was caked on. Clearly you can see that wasn't it. He said I was trying to get a freebie.

The only drive thru car wash i come to. Today the receipt didn't print at the pump. I had kids in the car so I couldn't get put. So I called and asked if he could just give me the number for the car wash. He came out and gave me the receipt! So nice of him.

On 3/9/20 at 1:57pm I went thru the car wash, I inserted my debit card to pay for a $10 car wash. I waited about 2-3 minutes for the receipt/car wash code to print; a receipt DID NOT print. I received a SYSTEM ERROR code and never got a car wash code. I had to back out of the hairpin style car wash lane and reparked at the pump. I immediately signed onto my bank account to see and confirmed the $10 subtraction was taken by this 76 location. I walked into the station to show proof of payment and stated I did not receive a car wash code. I spoke to Rick/mgr and showed Rick proof of the subtraction. Rick told me MY BANK STATEMENT WAS PENDING as we both looked at $10 charge that was clearly subtracted. Rick said that it takes sometimes 3 days for the transaction to go all the way through and seemingly implied that I need to wait 3 days before I can have a car wash code. I spent about 7 minutes with him about the proof on my bank statement; finally he decided to give me a car wash code. Rick said if the transaction does happen to reverse because of the system error code anytime within the next 3 days that I need to come back and pay the station their $10. I stated I have no problem going back if in fact there was a system error and the $10 charge gets reversed and placed back into my bank account, as of now the charge has been taken from me so give me a wash code. I personally have more than 20 years of customer service experience. Rick NEVER offered to write down my name and phone number at ANY TIME during the conversation to call back and check on ME about a situation that occurred as a result of the '76 STATIONS FAILED NETWORK.' This wasn't my error, this wasn't by banks error. Expecting me to wait 3 days to return for the code would just be another lengthy conversation for me later answering questions about why I didn't come into the station to resolve this on the day of my visit. I gave my visit 2 stars; 1/star because I eventually got a car wash code; 1/star because even though the system in place for debit card car wash customers was very ineffective, Rick did succeed in never raising his voice or becoming rude with me.

on August 25th at around 8:40an-8:55am my wife stoped by Circle K gas station on address 12358 Central Ave, to pump gas and get a car wash, after she finished, she went ahead to the house to continued with her day. around 3:30pm-4pm we were going out to do some grocery shipping, when I noticed small marks on my 2016 BMW. I when to the gas station and cashier was nice to offered me one more car wash to remove stains, I washed the car again but marks didn't came out since the car was in the sun all day and it was really hot in chino Ca, cashier told me to come back next day and talk to manager. Today August 26 at 10am I when to talk to Ricky, manager at the gas station to ask them to resolve the issue with my car but he insisted that it didn't happened at the gas station. I when out to the car wash to look at the equipment and I notice that one of the chemicals hoses has dried marks same color as the ones in my car. Station owner doesn't want to take responsibility to fix this matter.

Everyday this week I have tried to come in and they're in the middle of a "shift change" and there's people outside just waiting for them to open the doors. What an inefficient way to run a business. Good thing there's another gas station across the street.
