I've had some bad experiences at other nail salons, but Katie at Vy Nails changed that for me. She is amazing! She's really careful and super nice, making every visit great. She takes her time and never in a rush. The salon is very clean, which makes the whole experience relaxing. I have no complaints - just good things to say about this place.

Danny does the Best nails, he always does my daughter's nails she sees something she like on line and he can make it look just like the nails she seen.

Worse quality nails ever Nancy did gel ex on myself n daughters nails didn't even last 4 days if I wanted press on nails I would have gone to cvs. If you don't want quality nails/service this is your place very disappointed.

very clean and new furniture, the staff are friendly and polite . did my pedicure and it was a real pedicure , real clean and professional .

Been coming there for about 4 years and always had good service with manicures and pedicures. But this last time on Jan31 my Birthday one of the ladies there put some nail powder on my toe and left it too thick and my nail looked horrible and she polished it . I didn't really noticed it at first because they were also giving me a manicure at the same time so I really couldn't see it until it was done. I told her I didn't want it like that and all she kept say it as " I can't do anything about it " and she walked away. A man there said he would fix it and he did. It looked better and that same lady did " oh see it's better now so why are you whining?" I really wanted to say something negative back to her but I didn't I was really upset and I'm never going back there. Very disappointing! And rude no manners. They should fire that lady !

I went to this place to try it out and it was the worst the moment i went in my car my nail chipped the lady was doing my nails fast didnt take her time and they wanted to charge me extra and they left them dirty i would not recommend this place

Probably the worst job ever had done. Along with painting my toenails, they decided to paint on my skin because they were not "long enough". I asked and paid extra for callus removal, and all my calluses are still on my toes and the bottom of my feet do not come here. It is unsanitary, and they do not do a good job. Moreover, I had a full set done. It was nothing special just paint and nails no designs. They put gel X on my hands without asking if I wanted too, I do not like gel X that's why I go to nail salons that provide acrylic. They do not ask the customer what they like and what they do not like plus, it is completely overpriced and they expect a tip for having done such a bad job. I paid $95 for a disgusting pedicure and a basic gel X manicure I could've done at home. DO NOT come here.

Love love love this place I been coming here for about 7 months now. Since my old nail shop closed and doesn't seem like they are reopening any time soon. I started to come and Kathy took me on. She does such a good job with dip nails for the price you will pay for acrylics, dip nails last longer. And you can get your money worth. Today she went over too and fix my mail for free most places will charger you at least 8 bucks to fix a nail. She has now got a customer for life!

Horrible customer service. The lady cut my toe to where it wouldn't stop bleeding for 15 minutes, is now bruised days later & painful & proceeded to charge me full price. They did an awful pedicure to begin with, the lady cutting me was just an added negative. I still tipped her even after because I know she felt bad & it was an accident but they did nothing about it & acted like it was not a big deal when my foots now been swollen for 3 days & bled for over an hour. I will be taking actions because this is ridiculous, they should not be open.

This place will do your nails and then a week later they will break off. This happened twice. Gave them another chance with it and then it happened again. They use CHEAP materials and then charge you when you come back a week later to get the same set fixed.

Sussan was Absolutely!!!! the most rudest person. Did my nails so fast I was not happy at all with her, usually they lotion your hands, arms and she did not!!! as she was doing my nails she just threw my hands up, like she just couldn't wait to get through with me!!! She was just absolutely a very very rude person, for someone doing nails for 21 years she has no personality!!!! She needs to remember we're the ones paying her. She really shouldn't be working with the public !!!Because of her I will NEVER go back there again!!!!!! and NEVER recommend them!!!
