Parking lot small, long lines, and unfriendly staff. The package drop box is always jammed. You are constantly told to use the self-help machines, but they are unwilling to show you how to use it. Out of the six post offices I use. This is the worst one.

I apply a new passport for my newborn baby, and the Asian woman I met was really professional and patient in helping us to change post mail service, and copy birth certificate. And instruct us what we don't understand. Good Experience.

I would give them a lower rating if I could havnt received Mail in 4 weeks they try and claim my dog is a problem but my dog has never disturbed anyone I have a service animal this type of discrimination is unacceptable very poor service

package pick up service was excellent but for the last couple months, the new mailman is extremely inconsistant, doesn't show up sometimes, and for the last 7 days, just disppeared, so what is the point if you schedule a pick up and he won't show up?

reviewing all the way from Atlanta. ordered an ENGAGEMENT RING that is coming from this post office, and it's been a week and they've lost my package. and reading the reviews of people who actually live around this post office makes me feel all the worse. it's an expensive engagement ring and I’m going to lose a ring and the seller lose money because this post office can't do their jobs!!!

Just a friendly note that I had to purchase tape to pack my item. Not sure if this is always the case. A USPS in Moreno Valley and in DTLA never asked me to purchase the tape.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. Every worker here needs to be fired. Every experience I've had has been TERRIBLE I leave wanting to cry. First experience was me trying to get my mailbox set up in my new house, took a month and a half to get a KEY TO MY MAILBOX. They missed every appointment made, would forget, treat me like I'm stupid and don't know what I'm talking about when every mistake was their fault. Multiple packages lost, say delivered but aren't, GOODLUCK getting a call back. I'll go in and they are no help. Today I'm looking for a package they say it's not there but they will call me, they call and say it is there 10 mins later, I say I'll be back in 1 hour to grab it they say okay. I show up, THE PACKAGE IS GONE! The person j spoke to isn't there and they said it's back on the carrier. Why is it back on the carrier if I told you I'm coming for it? Literally the most incel workers who hate their life and suck at their job. I've reported them all before and will continue to keep reporting everyone at this location til something happens. They are no help at all, worst attitudes, lazy literally every thing you can name. If you can go to a diff postal office, or use a diff mailing service all together do so. Let's add in how over night shipping is not true. Paid $40 for over night and my package is still not here after a week. I'll never use this location OR usps again.

Carriers are lazy. Not all carriers but mine is. Please hire carriers who want to work. Who want to deliver mail. My carrier constantly whines that my mail box is blocked. It’s not blocked. Do your job. Period.

This post office has lost 3 of my packages in the last 4 years. This is AFTER I wait in their long line and pay for shipping. Every year I have lived in Chino, this post office's ability to do their basic job function(s) gets worst and worst. I am not too sure why they have the (909) 364-1361 phone number listed for this post office because they NEVER answer OR they allow the phone to ring and ring until the call "gets dropped." This is the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. And I haven't even spent any of my review detailing the horrible and at times, completely degrading customer service skills they have.
