For packages that requires signature, they just knock but they never never ring the doorbell even if the doorbell is very very evident and big

They are severely understaffed always, and I feel bad for the in office workers. My main complaint is they completely obliterate my packages by folding WHOLE CARDBOARD BOXES to shove into my mailbox (which is normal sized).
I also sell and my buyers frequently have contacted me about missing/damaged packages. Lost money and good reviews. I know it’s them because I mailed something to myself just to check. Sure enough, package nearly destroyed. I know leaving a review doesn’t matter to them but please fix this location :( someone reading this who has control… help us Chino residents out. I have to drive further now to deliver my orders because I just don’t trust the handling here.

The parking lot is not very big so I can see parking being an issue, however usually people are not parked there long so I got a spot right away. Also when I arrived (Saturday at about 12:30) there was a decent line but it moved pretty quick, there was a nice lady at who as I watched for other customers before me and myself as well she was professional and very helpful. I unfortunately don't remember her name she was white. I had an overall pleasant and quick experience. I would gladly go again if I had a reason.

Parking lot small, long lines, and unfriendly staff. The package drop box is always jammed. You are constantly told to use the self-help machines, but they are unwilling to show you how to use it. Out of the six post offices I use. This is the worst one.

Extremely poorly managed location parking lot is a headache line was out the door. Do not waste your time at this location.

I apply a new passport for my newborn baby, and the Asian woman I met was really professional and patient in helping us to change post mail service, and copy birth certificate. And instruct us what we don't understand. Good Experience.

I would give them a lower rating if I could havnt received Mail in 4 weeks they try and claim my dog is a problem but my dog has never disturbed anyone I have a service animal this type of discrimination is unacceptable very poor service

I had an infuriating encounter with a postal worker who refused to release my package to my authorized user for pickup, despite following all policies and guidelines. We provided the required documentation, and everything matched the online pickup details.
The postal worker's lack of understanding of the established policies led to unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. Despite numerous pleas and explanations that we followed all guidelines, the postal worker didn't even bother opening up the system to see that everything had been meticulously documented online, with all the correct information. We presented legal identification forms, matching the details on the online pickup option, but the worker remained uncooperative. This lack of effort and understanding on their part only compounds the frustration. There's a clear need for improved training and a better grasp of the established policies.
I strongly recommend avoiding this location at all costs, particularly if you value efficient service and a hassle-free experience. Entrusting important packages to workers who add unnecessary stress and fail to adhere to established policies is a risk not worth taking. My disappointing encounter serves as a cautionary tale, and I urge others to consider alternative options for their postal needs.
