I highly recommend this branch. I was helped by Valeria, her customer service is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time I need help.I was completely impressed with her professionalism.The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. I’m always get greeted as soon as I walk in. Valeria’s efficiency and punctuality are hallmarks of her service.

Got there to close my account. I was attended by Valeria who was helpful and assisted me with all my doubts. She was professional and courteous explaining the benefits and how to make the most of my account with US Bank. Many which I was unaware of and didn't make use of, until now that she helped me understand. I will continue my business with US Bank, as I now have more understanding about my account and how to benefit from it. Thanks again and will be definitely returning in the future!

Don’t bother with the appointment.Made an an appointment and it was my first visit to US Bank since my UBOC was bought by them.Worst service, left the bank without talking to anyone…Seriously considering closing my account and look into other banks.

Have visited location many times.Over the past 2 years there has been a lot of turnover due to the pandemic and downsizing.It is noticeable.Staff is pleasant.

Not sure what the bad reviews are for, as for me I have been treated very well by US Bank. I've only had the account for a couple days so far but everyone has been super nice to me and answered all of my silly questions so I'm happy!

After a long long wait in line , Teller want me to show my driver license to deposit cash in my account. Huh? Anything over $499 have show Id. She isn’t nice person. No other bank does this. This bank don’t want your $$. Makes it difficult. So difficult.Why would I want waste time with this bs? What is the purpose to goto bank if going to be hassle, especially with my own money. Only this special teller at this branch. Horrible experience. Never going back. Thinking about closing my account Bc don’t need them.

Horrible place !!! They don’t just greet you with a super long line, but also with a BAD attitude.!!Just a very bad place. It’s a huge inconvenient to go to another branch but I guess there’s no other option.

Years ago, Pomona First Federal was a good bank until it was bought out by US Bank. If I could give 1/2 a star, I would. My family and I have been account holders for many years as it was close by. In the Fall of 2020 we moved out of California where we came to find out that there were no local US Bank branches in our state. One would figure that "US Bank" would be a banking institution across the country, but NO! Our fault for keeping the accounts opened for so long after our move. I should have known better! Since we moved, the US Bank mobile app was working fine in depositing paper checks by using my camera on my phone on their app until this past September or so when things changed on the app once again. Another beef about the US Bank Mobile app...my husband was used to downloading our bank statement information using their Excel downloads for years. About 6 months back, that service was gone too so he had to modify his macro to get the information in order to reconcile our statements to his Excel spreadsheets. Recently, husband and I decided to open a new personal checking account and business account with another bank that is a "nationwide" bank. I don't know about you, but we are tired of the LACK of customer service from US Bank. Just know this, when you call US Bank Business Banking, it's not a 24 hour a day service. You may want a more reputable business customer oriented bank that has customer service 24/7. Yesterday, 2/16/22, I got on my laptop and did a wire transfer from my U.S. Bank business checking account to my new business bank in my state. My husband had been on the phone with another representative after we got the first email the day of the transfer to approve the wire as we couldn't approve it on our laptop US Bank application (not the US Bank mobile app). I was not sent an email to approve the transfer, only my husband was. While my husband was on the phone with a US Bank representative, the fraud department called me on my phone to investigate the wire transfer. I gave him the appropriate information for the transfer and I was told by "Matt" (before we left on our trip 2/17) that our wire transfer would go through. He assured me that our wire transfer to our new business bank account would go through today, but NO! During our conversation I asked for his name and he could only give me his first name. Don't you hate not knowing who is "helping" or "NOT helping you?! Anyway, I needed the wire transfer to go to my business account today 2/17/2022 as I was traveling by car and was not going to be available today since I was on the road driving for 10 hours to my son's home out of state. I couldn't check my email on my phone as I had no emails going through until I got to my destination. And wouldn't you know it, US Bank disappointed me once again by sending me their email today at 330 pm CST saying that my wire transfer did not go through! Are you kidding me?! Their email said, "Your wire transfer expired and was canceled. Scheduled date: 02/17/2022 Initiation date: 02/16/2022 A pending wire transfer was not approved in time by all required approvers." I am now fuming and once again disappointed by the lack of customer service which seems to be the only kind of service US Bank can provide us. So we will be closing both our personal account and business accounts tomorrow. Several years ago, we had great service at the Grand Avenue branch (thanks Sylvia, Lenora, and Donna Rivas) and since COVID-19 hit, customer service and hours have shortened at US Bank and in general customer service has continually gone downhill. Their app isn't working for us either.

usbank Spectrum staff is horrible. I order a debit card and Eleonor Nera said " you got it ". But Never receive the debit card on the mail.

If I could, I would give this branch a zero, ATM machine is always broken and employees are rude and do nothing to help. They will tell you to wait, and then take other customers until you have to interrupt and remind them you are still waiting for help. Then they tell you to call the 800#, and ignore you until you are fed up and leave.

Talked to multiple employees attempting to open an account for our non-profit youth group only to be provided with the incorrect information. Finally, on my fourth actual visit into the branch I was informed once again that I needed additional documents. On the bright side, I was told to "have a nice day" after my disappointing and unproductive visit. Felt like a "heartfelt", "Would you like fries with that" response.

I would give this bank a 0 star rating if it would let me.Anyone who gives this bank more than 1 star is not being honest.It's not the employees fault, it's just a horrible bank.
