Absolutely horrible service. Third times the straw for me horrendous how were forced to use banks and the service is absolute s*** every where I'd claim US Bank is worse than Wells Fargo. Than teller and her "senior" partner refused to let me speak with a manager. Crazy I went into the branch cause I didn't want to have 2 atm fees and got the rudest person ever insane I woulda paid the atm fees just to not have to listen to her horrible excuses to refund the transaction.

At first we were hesitant to transact business at the Chino branch due to previous experience!However it was totally changed when the merger was established. The employees at this branch was very accommodating than before and they were very helpful ? to meet our needs.

I used US Bank to purchase foreign currency. Everything went fine until I got an email saying the money wouldn’t arrive in time for my trip!I went in to the branch immediately. Thelma’s patient customer service is top notch! She worked to assist me. It took a while to manage. We had to interact with their 3rd party agency and invoice Anna and Brent to work it all out.When all was said and done, they were able to get the money delivered in time for my trip.I do feel this branch may be understaffed! They all work very hard to meet customer demand!Thanks!

Horrible bank.. Employees are rude. Except for one. She's usually the teller on the far right.. These people are rude. Quick to shut you out and kick you out

This is the worst bank I have ever had. I did an ATM deposit of 13 bills (it says it can take 200 bills once) and it has me wait there for 5 minutes just to read an error message that none of my bills were deposited when it was over $1k. It gave me a receipt with a phone number to call to "make a claim" so now I have to wait 10 business days for a provisional credit and up to 45 days for it to be "solved". Terrible ATM. Never have experienced anything like this.

I'm not sure what his name is, but there's this gentleman (bald with a beard) that's I've seen work at a few of the locations (I'm assuming he's a manager or IT of some kind) but he is so kind to everyone in there. He will make sure that we are comfortable and happy, even when waiting in line. Whenever I've had a question and stopped him, he answered it with a smile on his face. A plus on customer service, man. I hope they're paying you very well!

Don’t use us bank. It was a nightmare with them. They charged overdraft fee twice by mistake. And they never mention apology for this. And the manager whose name is Dana, is crazy. I don’t want to recommend this bank to anybody. All of my family and relatives and friends will close account with them. Their service was terrible . Now I moved chase bank, they are really professional and kind.I am really satisfied with chase bankDon’t use US bank! You will regret, they rip off their clients...

I was having trouble with my card being damaged and trying to get money out to pay rent. They helped me and were very kind in doing so. Friendly and caring staff.

Oh my, what is up with all the hate for Brent? Brent is great and this is great branch with good staff. There is on dude at this branch that isn't very friendly, but every other person there is great. USBank is very fair with their fees....if they charge anything. Don't pay attention to all the whining on here because bankers won't throw the rules out the window for your lack of planning. Lost your ID?....that's what passports are for. Long lines?...Try a bank down the street and see what a long line really is. Problem with your overdraft?....Maybe balance a checkbook. Jesus people.

I just went through the drive through atm to withdraw and it stole my $ and said it was dispensed. Now balance said the $ is out. I didn’t get anything and it’s scary and frustrating.

Got a reply from US Bank on my recent Yelp review. Caitlin of US Bank wrote that I could transfer between accounts however when dealing with my Business checking account transferring funds is not what my Accountant needs to see. She wants to see a PAPER trail as to what monies are for what items, example: Mileage expense, office supplies, airfare, payroll, etc. First, the problem is that there are No US Banks in N. Texas and I cannot go to a local branch to deposit checks into my personal accounts. Second, up until this past week we were able to use the phone bank app to deposit our US Bank business checks into our US Bank personal accounts with this bank. We get no prior notice from US Bank at all on this situation. So my so had to send by mail the expense checks to be deposited into his US Bank personal checking account. Hope the checks don't get lost in the mail. Waiting on deposits to clear will be a week once they receive them. On the app, it is a lot sooner! Well, that came to an end last week! Furthermore, recently and again without any notice, the bank app changed the way items on the app are downloaded from the online banking system. My husband is an Excel expert and has used the app for a long time to reconcile our personal and business accounts. Now my husband has to write another in-depth macro formula to compensate for their "making it easier for customers" mantra. Also, have asked time and again for the app to show a MEMO LINE on ZELLE and bank transfers between US Bank accounts so that the recipient and sender knows what is being paid for when sending money. There is still nothing to update the app on that. Furthermore, my sons (who live out of state as well) are signers on our Business account in case of emergency and deposits from our Business accounts can no longer be deposited into their personal US Bank checking account on the US Bank phone app because of that. These frustrations will cause us to close our US Bank Accounts and open them at Chase instead in the very new future. So disappointed at the lack of notice of these changes that affect my family of 4 and our business, savings, and 3 personal checking accounts.

Went to this branch with an expired ID because I was robbed the weekend before. The "teller" that attended me said he couldn't do anything with my expired ID after going to another previous branch and having no problem after explaining my situation. Went to another branch right after and all they had to do was ask for my phone number and a verification code and voila! I had my money! They suck! BTW it was some weird looking dude with glasses. never going there again.
