Got there to close my account. I was attended by Valeria who was helpful and assisted me with all my doubts. She was professional and courteous explaining the benefits and how to make the most of my account with US Bank. Many which I was unaware of and didn't make use of, until now that she helped me understand. I will continue my business with US Bank, as I now have more understanding about my account and how to benefit from it. Thanks again and will be definitely returning in the future!

Not sure what the bad reviews are for, as for me I have been treated very well by US Bank. I've only had the account for a couple days so far but everyone has been super nice to me and answered all of my silly questions so I'm happy!

If I could, I would give this branch a zero, ATM machine is always broken and employees are rude and do nothing to help. They will tell you to wait, and then take other customers until you have to interrupt and remind them you are still waiting for help. Then they tell you to call the 800#, and ignore you until you are fed up and leave.

Talked to multiple employees attempting to open an account for our non-profit youth group only to be provided with the incorrect information. Finally, on my fourth actual visit into the branch I was informed once again that I needed additional documents. On the bright side, I was told to "have a nice day" after my disappointing and unproductive visit. Felt like a "heartfelt", "Would you like fries with that" response.

The customer service is absolutely horrible at this location! The manager especially is so rude!! Speaks to you with an attitude and their system is constantly going down. Don't bother going to this location it's a waste of your time. They won't be able to even help you!

This branch is just awful. I miss the branch on chino hills pkwy. The drive up ATM is always broken or not able to receive cash deposits. When you have to go inside the lines take forever. I absolutely dread having to go to this location its always such a hassle.

I come to this bank at least twice a week sometimes three and at least once a week the drive up ATM IS out of service as it was AGAIN today. I proceed to walk in the bank and what do I see? One teller and a few customers in line. Come on US BANK. First the ATM and not enough tellers and let's not forget the so called security guard who is just sitting in his chair outside not paying any attention to social distancing with allowing to many people in the small bank. You should go up the street and observe how Wells Fargo takes care of their customers and learn from them.

I come to the bank there's a line and there's NO ONE HELPING 2 ladies just sitting talking to eachother not greeting or expressing we will be right with you NOTHING in my highest recommendation get better customer service

This is the SLOWEST bank on the planet. There are always several employees either wandering around, chatting with each other or ignoring the fact that there are people in the branch that need assistance. If one person is before you it typically takes 10-15 minutes to get helped. It's awful.

This Branch Sucks. All the people that work here are rude and fyi the ATM machines that are conveniently located at this location, are not apart of this branch. They are owned by some other entity.

Please make it a point to visit this location if you are planning on opening an acct with US Bank -6989 Schaefer Ave, Chino, CA 91710. (Inside Stater Bros) I would not suggest establishing new business at this location off of pipeline. The branch manager Christine would not cash my check on a positive pay acct(acct with well over a million dollars) I presented the correct I.D.'s but she didn't feel inclined to cash my check due to "payee name not presented in the system" This was false information,considering I had to visit a different location in order to recieve proper service. After being rudely dismissed I decided to visit US Bank Branch off of Schaefer inside Stater Bros and recieved Exceptional Service!(Thank you Teofista Turner )My Feedback to US Bank is to have Teofista train Christine on interpersonal communication and then briefly review your policies on check cashing and conclude with customer service 101 the basics.

If I could give less stars, I would. This bank was fine... until I encountered any problems or issues with my account. If you have a problem, don't count on any one to help you either in the actual branch or through customer service. They will gladly reiterate your problem but there is no solution.
