Absolutely HORRIBLE communication. Nobody responds to emails, or phone calls, even after following up numerous times. Good luck getting parts or if you need technical assistance with anything!

I couldn’t be more impressed and appreciative with the service from Chris leonard!! As a personal trainer, it’s important that my equipment is up and running! Chris was incredibly eager to help and very communicative with me to make sure the parts that I needed were mailed immediately to me. I’m so grateful!

I have been trying for a month now to get a response for an issue I have with a leg press. I've chased them up with follow up emails many times now and I still have not received an answer to my problem. This company has the worst customer service ever, I suggest you go elsewhere if you are looking for fitness equipment as getting any sort of service from them will be next to impossible.I do not recommend this company.

I conducted months of research to identify the proper piece of fitness equipment that would meet my needs and fit into my home - finally deciding to purchase the Evolution Corner Dual Stack Multi-Function Trainer (CXT-200). The initial challenge was getting it transported to my home, but the assembly was fairly straightforward; that is, until I reached the point where I needed to route the cables through the various pulleys. The singular recommendation to improve the overall product is to make vast improvements to the diagrams within the Maintenance and Assembly Instructions. The diagrams simply do not provide sufficient clarity for properly routing the cables (eg. there are places where the cable route is obscured by the drawing of the machine). Because this is such a critical step in the assembly, I called the Technical Support Staff and I was routed to Mr. David Hernandez.Mr. Hernandez was immediately aware of the issues that I was experiencing and suggested a video call via Facetime. In very short order, the High-Low Cable was routed, but there was a great deal of slack left in the cable. Mr. Hernandez identified a flaw that I had made previously. In short, I had mistakenly installed the 5" steel spacers beneath the weight stacks, and with the 200 lb weight stack, these spacers had to be removed. Instead of simply identifying the failure and leaving me to my own devices to disassemble and reconfigure the machine, David volunteered to drive to my home and assist. To say that I was shocked by such a generous offer would be a significant understatement!Despite inclement weather, David arrived at my home at the time he had indicated. I had the tools necessary to effect the change and we worked together to quickly resolve the issue. Mr. Hernandez did not hesitate to reach far beyond the normal boundaries of customer service to support my needs. Not only is the CXT-200 a fine piece of equipment, but the support that I received will ensure that I remain aligned with Tuff Stuff Fitness Equipment - and recommend it to my friends who might be considering a similar purchase. In an era of waning customer support, Mr. David Hernandez stands well above his peers in meeting the needs of your customer base! He provides superior technical knowledge uncommon to most, and seasoned by many years with Tuff Stuff Fitness. He represents the company in the best possible light and sets the standard for others to emulate! Please accept my sincere gratitude and thanks for providing such an excellent service!

We're a local service provider in SoCal. Our customers have your products, we are trying to repair them and keep them operational for your customers. I'm currently on hold for 35 minutes to order 2 carriages (which I gave the support rep the part Numbers for) and 4 weight pins. She put me on hold and never came back. I do not have endless time to spend on the phone waiting. The service used to be sooo much better. Unacceptable.

I live in St. Louis MO and I bought my Tuff Stuff Fitness Lat/Mid/Low row pull and push machine from Gym Provisions out of Ventura CA - the guy I worked with on it was Danny - he knew how to get me what I wanted and made sure that everything arrived on time and was set up - total white glove. Really grateful to Danny and I love my equipment!

I received this equipment as a Christmas gift. Delivery and set-up by experienced staff was great. I have used this unit several times and it is easy to use. It does not require much space.

I'm located in Canada, and bought the equipment in November '21, having gotten tired of restrictions at the gym I was attending. I'm coming up on one year shortly. This piece of equipment is excellent, smooth in motion, quiet, and there is not a single exercise that you cannot do on this piece. At first I was going to buy a bench - to better replicate a gym experience - but the trainer at the dealer showed me that if I stood, or went into a seating position for exercises that required a bench, I could use the resistance from the machine to almost double-up on the benefits of those types of exercises. Instead of sitting to do a high-row, for example, I engage my inner core by assuming a seated position. By being able to avoid the gym, I've made sure that I do 2-hour work-outs 3x per week, and if you can commit yourself, this machine (MFT-2700) is worth every penny.

Anthony who helped me out was great. He said he was coming on specific day for delivery and installation. He called and said he was running late. Instead of canceling he kept his word and came at 4:20pm. Anthony and his worker didn’t finish until 5:00am. He made the big sacrifice but he kept his word and I respect that. The equipment is awesome. It’s commercial grade and I love it. Just used it for the first time today. If you can afford it, get it. Worth every penny. The stairmaster is for my wife who is away now. She’s excited to use it. Thank you Anthony.

The equipment is phenomenal. I look forward to using it regularly. Delivery was prompt. Set up took some time but it was worth it. The young guys were a bit careless in that they left hand prints on my freshly painted walls. TG for washable paint. I have to give a shout out to G&G fitness where it was purchased. My sales person, Anthony could not have been more informative and helpful in getting the right equipment for my purposes.

Bought the same machine, CXT-200, that I've used at my physical therapist after rotator cuff surgery. It covers everything I've needed to do during the six-month recovery.

I’ve been looking for a decent lat pulldown machine since the start of COVID. When this popped up I was immediately interested. What sold me is its built like a commercial rig and comes with a 200lbs weight stack. I’ve had it for a few weeks and am very impressed with the build quality and its overall design. The upper pulley is long enough that I can sit and pull down the weight without hitting the limits. I get a full stretch and a full pulldown with a bit of room to spare. It also has excellent adjustability in that I can snug the cable once it stretches a bit. The lower pulley works just as well and the foot-base is very sturdy. Overall outstanding!!! So glad I found it! Highly recommended!!

I’m closing on a house and want to turn my garage into a gym. While going to a friends house in friendswood, TX I passed a fitness store called TX Home in clear lake, TX right in front of Baybrook Mall. I go in to see if they have any functional trainers and I tell D** J******* that I want a commercial grade trainer. He said the CXT-200 by Tuff Stuff was what he would recommend since I wanted more of a pulley system for more exercises. I was going to buy in the spot but decided to bring my wife before purchasing. After leaving I went to tuffstufffitness.com. I quickly noticed they had the machine with a MSRP listed. There was a tab to locate dealers in the Houston area, which I did. Fitness Unlimited came up so I decided to see how much they would charge. I put an inquiry out to all of the Houston stores. I did not know that every store including TX Home Fitness was the same store. Since tuff stuffs said MSRP and being an American who works hard for their money I want the best pricing. I quickly found out this was like buying a car. Honda is Honda but some dealers give you a better deal and what person doesn’t shop around. After speaking to a few and even telling one I was going to reach out to other dealers, I received a couple of messages saying they can’t work with me since I spoke to the individual that I mentioned in the beginning of my experience and that I would have to go through him since I’m working with him. I told this individual I’m jot working with anyone and that I’m shopping. I ended up calling corporate to see about purchasing through them because of the experience and because I was given different answers as to what they can discount and what they can’t; such as weights. Yep the guy above said he can’t discount them but another guy, same company, said he could. So corporate told me they do that so a salesman can’t get under cut by pricing even though that’s the American way, save where you can. Makes no sense right. He told me if they did sell to me it would be for a lot more since they are corporate and not a dealer. I contacted TX Home Fitness back and he said it’s in his GMs hands now and he would call me. Then he text me and said I’d have a quote tomorrow in my email. Oh that’s another thing, they can’t tell you a price they submit quotes which slows the buying process down. Here it is tomorrow and at the end of the day, 7:30pm, I still didn’t get a call or quote. I text him back and said I think it’s best I move forward. Thank you. I believe there is a reason there isn’t a lot of reviews out about this machine unless you go to one of their webpages, but nothing through the general public forums, and they don’t come up as a top selection through google.
