Owner is very rude and has a bad attitude! Very insensitive and inconsiderate of customers needs and concerns, l never seen such thing in a nail salon business before. Making an appointment is pointless because you will still be waiting 30 minutes regardless. Place is extremely overpriced and a plain rip off compared to all neighboring salons with THE SAME quality of work. Going back to my old salon.

First time going here and so glad I did. I called and scheduled an appointment with Chris because of all the good reviews and she did not disappoint, she did my nails exactly how I like! And I'm picky when it comes to my nails and shape..Not to mention she was quick, I wasn't sitting there forever. All service was good, the place was nice and clean. For sure found my new nail place! :)

Don't be in a rush with Mina... she does great work and does NOT rush. Full set acrylic ombre' with nail design.. 1.5 hrs. You can sit back and relax while getting a pedicure and sip on water or something stronger ... just ask Hy. Thanks you

I LOVE this place. It has been my GO TO since moving to chino. Everyone is so friendly and they serve lots of drinks and you get reward for every time you go! The manager is so funny and he has the sweetest smile and says the funniest things. I will always refer my friends and family here !

I'm a first timer! I got gel x and I'm pretty basic with my nails so shape is everything to me! Love it! So nice here compared to a lot of the other places I have been too. The vibe is nice and it's clean and organized.

It's hard to find a good nail salon but my sister and I both really liked Lemihe. Relaxing setting , they offer you complimentary drinks . Overall they did a great job with my mani and pedi . The staff is also very welcoming and nice . I will be coming here again

First time here. Prices are reasonable , very clean & aesthetic. Chi, was my nail tech for today. I got a Royal Pedicure with white French tip, regular polish. I thought she was rushing at first but she did a great job. Although, when she scrubbed my feet the pumice sponge hit the back of my heel which hurt a bit. Overall I was satisfied with my pedicure but I wish I had the pink undertone. The manager or owner, male, seemed too authoritative. He pulled the ladies away from their clients to do other things which I thought was unprofessional. He would assist customers by sitting them at stations that could not be fulfilled, leaving the customers to wait longer & pressure nail techs to finish quickly. He also cleansed the store with incense (which was very pleasing) but the smell was very intrusive which a lot of clients did not like. He opened the doors which made the salon very cold. Not a biggie but the nail techs & clients were uncomfortable. These are just things I noticed. Maybe some management issues but the service was fine.

This business has come a long way since they first opened their doors. I can now state they do a good job at honoring appointments. Their techs are skilled, professional and accommodating. When a nail tech is running behind they will give the next client a call to let them know which is so appreciated. A highly recommend this nail shop!

She Was using an acrylic nail to remove my nails it hurt and I heard that’s not safe for your nails smh she didn’t use foil and nail removal like they usually do smh
