This target is by far one of the worst targets I have ever been to. It is never stocked, is always dirty. The restrooms are disgusting. I have written to the manager here and at corporate many times. They are building an ulta inside and it will be trashed too.

This store is dirty and looks like a tornado struck the entire store. I have never seen a target in such chaos. Employees walking around and doing nothing. Time to get a management team that can supervise and maintain some sort of professionalism. Trying to find products was useless.

I was trying to buy a shark vacuum for my mom birthday . It was last minute and I was in a rush . She help me with the vacuum even if it was last min . She was so kind . Eventually had to order the multi surface one online . Great customer service . Very friendly and welcoming staff . Who doesn't have a target addiction .

Not sure what is going on with target stores , but their quality of service is going down hill quick. Check out is a nightmare, one person checking and lines are long . Self checkout was closed. This is happening in several nearby locations. Service is below standard..

I like the Starbucks Target they have a lot of good coworkers which is Lola Hannah Juan Nicole and just to always have a good customer service so if you do stop by you can get a refresher and any other type of good drink but sometimes they run out the customer hospitality is cool ! So please stop by

Same as you expect anywhere else. Lots of drive up spots. Probably need more staff because fulfilling orders can take a while.

They never have the hot food out and ready like they used to. Today during the lunch hour the manager decided to pull the only person capable of serving food in for a meeting, all we could get was popcorn. I miss the target days of picking up a pizza and then shopping whilst eating.

This is for the managers and people here at this store because there has been a young man who has been catcalling young women in front of this store and management has yet to do anything about it! My younger relative was catcalled in front of me and when I complained they didn't do anything about it and the man continued to stay outside and then harassed us again on the way out. Shame on the managers here for ignoring us and not protecting the young girls of this community. Will not be returning until I am comfortable knowing management here listens to the community and protects its customers!

This Target is huge and probably one of the most hidden location, I checked out a few departments including toys, collectibles and others, I noticed they got some items that had been sitting on the shelves for a while, some become peck warmers, must have been because no-one did any toys hunting around here, some were even gone on discounts, I never seen a specific figure would go on sales at that price, which was unthinkable at the other Target, but luckily they do price match, still haven't found my Transformers figure, I am going to check out more Targets stores in the next few days

Came here today at 8:00 pm. The place is severely under staffed. I needed razors which they locked up. I used the tablet that they have to request a team member. After waiting for several minutes, the message says oops..no team member available. We hit the call button 4 times and the same message. Horrible customer service for this location.

This might be the slowest target I've ever been to. Waited in a line that didn't move for 10 minutes. I switched lines, just as bad. Nobody came out to open another lane and every worker was sooo slow and had to have a conversation with an entire backstory with every customer. I will not come back

Dirtiest Target restrooms I've ever seen on Grand in Chino, CA. Normally Targets have really clean restrooms but not this Chino location.

Have been calling for almost a week trying to get a hold of guest services to see if something of mine was turned in for lost and found and no one answers. I don't live close to just go and see. I have tried every department and nothing. I got through to electronics once and the guy said he'd go check and then hung up. Absolutely ridiculous.

Clean your store. This is not okay. Aisles aren't stocked well either nor organized well. GM needs to be spoken to.

Ordered pick up, it wasn't ready in the 2 hour time. I tried to call and get an update. Nobody answers the phone at this location. Ever. I've called on different days of the week at different times and never gotten anybody to answer the phone.
