Office manager was super helpful. She showed me the unit and how to use the lock. The premise is super clean and locked with codes. She said if I need any help getting used to opening and closing it that they can assist. Very helpful staff!

Horrible experience. I went to rent a storage and was immediately treated like I wasn't welcomed by one of the 2 woman , who I was told was a "co-manager".
Before I even talked the black lady with short, curly hair gave me a mean look and was very unfriendly. (Wouldn't give me a name),,, I asked both women why, and I told them how unwelcomed I felt, but just got a mean look. The black lady wouldn't help me, so all I can assume is because I was white. There was no way I could rent there and have to deal with her. They tried to block my first review also.
If there is a corporate over them I will complain about this to them.

Very helpful. Nice and clear storage units. 2nd time getting a storage unit. Everyone there is very helpful and they even took me in last minute. Tara Hart the manager helped me out. Highly recommended

Spoke with Co-Manager Tara about getting the right storage for my belongings. She asked the right questions so that I could figure out how much space I need. She also informed me about the promos so that I can take advantage and save money. Good customers service.

Ms.Sandra was extremely helpful and very pleasant. She was very patient, explaining my best option. The place is extremely clean with temperatures control and very good security. I highly recommend this place.
