If I could if this store a zero I would. The manager that’s was working on 10/29 the morning and the girl that was working on self check out are very very rude. I would never return to this store. My son is 5 and decided to start our self check out and didn’t realize that it said card only. How do you tell someone to go back home and get your bank card. It was $6.50 I gave her cash she told the Manager and he said what SHE did SEE the card only. Like WTH have better customer service. Have better manners with customers I’m definitely going to speak with corporate

We had an unpleasant experience at Stater Bros. while trying to buy fried chicken and donuts. After picking up some donuts, we headed to the fried chicken section, where two female employees were present. One of them was helping a customer in front of us, while the other looked like she was assisting as well. Me and my son waited patiently. After a few minutes, another customer walked up, and the employees helped them right away. We felt discriminated against and unfairly treated. Shame on them!!!
