#spectrum This is a nightmare that you must read about. Do not do business with spectrum mobile!I decided to trade in my iPhone for a new Galaxy Z fold. I called spectrum and asked how much trade in allowance I would recieve. The representative ignored me and told me that it is best to keep the iPhone . This was verified when Spectrum personnel listened to the original sales call.I went to the Spectrum store to activate my new phone and was told that I was supposed to get a $ 1,277 rebate.I called customer service who told me that the only way to receive the rebate was to cancel the transaction and send their device back to them.I returned the Galaxy and went to the Spectrum store to get a new phone this time rebate included.They told me that I needed to make a down payment once again. Another $232 ! They told me , “don’t worry because within 30 days it’ll come back to you because you already paid it.” Today I received my new Zfold. . As soon as I signed for it  an $852 charge was deducted from my PayPal account. When I asked why  they told me that the phone That I sent back was damaged. It was a brand new phone!! No damage ‘! It was a clean unused Handset but The box had been opened$464 in down payment money and $852 in non existent damage charges for a total of $1,316 has been deducted from my account !I am returning the new phone and I am cancelling all service with Spectrum. I am out over $1300 because of their dishonesty

Nice staff, very clean store. They helped me quickly and got me up and running in no time. Also helped me refund a router I no longer needed.

We have Spectrum for our internet and cable TV in a very-reasonably-priced bundle offered to residents where we live. We had to make a change to our cell service provider, Verizon, because the monthly charges were exorbitant. We had been with Verizon for probably 20 years, through the years of several lines with teenagers in the house and now are down to one line because my husband's phone is provided by his employer. Spectrum Mobile is available to present internet/cable customers for a fraction of what we have been paying monthly. Apparently, Spectrum uses Verizon's cell towers, and the coverage seems fine.We also used this change to purchase a new iPhone. We were seen promptly and wanted to compliment the young man, ERICK HERNANDEZ, who assisted us in the changeover and purchase/transfer of our new iPhone. He was patient, friendly, and helpful on both occasions we met with him. He is definitely an asset to Spectrum Mobile!

I walked in and was helped within minutes. Jake offered to get my internet service at a great promo and provided really great and courteous assistance. He offered to follow up and provided his direct contact if there were issues. I appreciated his help.

If I could give a zero I would.. this Disney/espn fight is ridiculous and all u give us a $15 credit.. wow guess not paying my bill and shopping elsewhere.. then when u call customer service like talking to third world country… once again a 0 rating is being generous…

I am disgusted with all of spectrum right due sports channels no showing due to contract issues. I am also unhappy with Glendora location. A few months ago I went in and made changes on my home phone service. I agreed to try a wireless phone for my service but the sales rep in the office did not explain to me my home phone would changed to mobile type service now even though I am paying a lower price. And he did not explain to me I was buying a cheap little flip phone to use as my home phone. The flip phone is junk and doesnt work well and not easy to use. Beware and ask lot of question if you plan to change your service and go to one of the spectrum stores.I am looking for another TV and internet provider and once I find a better deal I dump spectrum service.

Went in twice and both times I received the best customer service. They were very patient and helpful. Yes there was a little bit of a wait but that's more do to each customer having different needs. Some took 5 minutes others 30 minutes.Keep up the great customer service.

Just drove 20 minutes because this is the closest Spectrum. Arrived at 7:30pm and yelp along with the signs on the glass door show they close at 8pm. Well...they decided to close early??? A few other " customers waiting and upset as well: Shame on you!

My husband and I came in to switch from our old provider to Spectrum. The store itself was spacious. We were greeted promptly as we entered the store and were helped by Scott Barca. He was so friendly, very informative, and quick & efficient when switching over our devices. I definitely recommend coming to this location.

Very bad customer service. On top of that, sales rep are going back to their office every 2 mints. Never recommend this store.
