I have a third pair on the way now as well. They were fairly quick with shipping- never had to exchange but I’ve spoken to the operations manager Rob and he was very nice and respectful.”

Also donate shoes that you don't wear that are in good condition. They go to Soles for Souls and for every 2 pair you donate you get $5 to spend; just make sure you donate them a week apart.”

“I've bought almost all of my baby's clothes from carters but online. They are having a great Black Friday sale right now. I had bought a lot of items about a month ago online when there was a sale, thinking the prices couldn't be that different in another sale. I was wrong. I asked their online consumer service for price adjustment but they only allowed it within 14 days. However the return window was 90 days. Make it make sense. I ended up buying all the items (plus some extras) online and found this store to return the old order and also pick up an item that was only available for pickup in store. The manager had to help find my order but it went with a hitch. She then helped me return the order. Make sure you have the email that says your items are shipped handy. It has a barcode that well be needed. The manager was so very nice. I was honestly embarrassed to be returning such a large order but she didn't give me even an ounce of grief. I so very appreciated that. The store was very organized and well stocked. I'll definitely be back to shop in store.”
