Horrible customer service by Aaron, there was a foreign man in front of me trying to translate on Google and Aaron kept laughing at him. I came in because it asked if I was using an international Visa, I didn't understand why and he said well you're the only one, don't know what to tell you. went outside to pump my gas and the gas sprayed all over me before I even pushed the handle. I went inside to let Aaron know, he kept dismissing and laughing at me and said well maybe if you came in to tell me before you pumped it I could have helped you! Putting his hand up to dismiss me while I was talking, laughing with his coworkers, good job Popeye's as well. I come here all the time and that guy is the worst customer service I have ever seen. Still laughing at the guy who needed help, talking about getting high with his buddies. Absolutely ridiculous. I wasn't even mad I just came to ask if I got what I paid for, but then ended up pissed because of the way I was treated. Go get high Aaron and then get some chicken, you are no help anyways.

I had a fantastic experience at this gas station, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the employee with the long hair and tattoos. The staff member was incredibly friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to assist me with signing up for rewards. It's rare to encounter such genuine and helpful service at a gas station, making this one stand out. I highly recommend stopping by for not just fuel, but also for the outstanding customer service that makes a visit truly enjoyable.

Horrible customer service, the long haired guy, covered in Tattoos cursing left and right with other Co-workers, and even a customer who I'm assuming he knew, was then on a personal phone call while checking people out using foul language, it was very uncomfortable.I don't understand how this person has a job here or how any of this is permitted in a place like this.

Open 24/7, 2 big clean restrooms, except when customers don’t put the paper IN the trash bin. The people working here are very friendly and make an effort to help and make customers feel welcome. Popeye’s inside closes at 10pm. Workers there are also very friendly.

Very rude employee tonight , gave me less gas than what I paid for . Then told me to leave after I asked why I got less than what I paid for . Has never happened before at any shell station.

Horrible. I saw all the reviews but I needed gas and thought "well, it's a gas station, is it REALLY that serious?" Ummm yea, it is... First, sketchy... employees and customers... I refused to go inside. First pump, card didn't fit. Like physically didn't fit in the slot... wtf. So I move my car, trying not to get shot, another pump. I try a card, like 7 ways from Sunday.. no luck. Nope, not going inside. There's like 20 people in there, not being helped... nope not doing that. Try another card... like 8 times, fails. Try my atm... enter pin... FINALLY works. Get the minimum amount of gas possible and leave... not getting any more of my money that absolutely necessary. Never coming here again. HOW is this place in the middle of chino hills????

The Fuel Rewards discount and the T-Mobile reward discount works perfectly at the pump using the registered credit card. This applies to both Edison and Pipeline location and also worked perfectly once before at the Grand and Peyton location. The Shell brand runs good in my Subaru, too.

Horrible customer service, no order at all. Today is 04/23/2021 11:12am, after waiting first in line to fill up my truck, I was told they would be with me but as others walked in they assisted them and ignored me as I stood in front of their counter. Crazy, just walked out and never will return. Train your employees right.

Waited in line for a couple min and when I began to realize no one was around I walked to a door that was open in the back and said "is there anyone here?" The woman responded from behind another door and said "just a minute". I waited a other 3 or so minutes and had to go back and let them know I have somewhere to be and then 2 employees finally came out from the way back. It was weird and seemed like they were doing things they should't have been.

Should be no stars. I went here to get gas because I needed to replace the gas I used for my rental. I used my card and then cancelled because I wanted to verify on the proper gas grade. I used my card again for 10 bucks and everything went fine. The next day there was a 125 bucks for services not render. According to my bank the funds will be released and I will not be charge but what gives them the right to attempt to charge me 125 for a cancellation? Straight up shady. Do not go here.

Clean and easy to access. I used my credit card here with no problems. It's near all the major stores and close.
