I came to this gas station to put gas and use the restroom. I did not see a sign posted on the door and anywhere on the facility that the restroom is not in service or not open to the public so I assumed the restroom was accessible and when I asked the cashier she said no there is no restroom and I said we're is your sign that therebisnno restroom and she said we don't need one and I said in California you need a sign as it's a California law and has informed by all businesses so the cashier doesn't know the laws in California and the owner of the gas station doesn't know the law as wellvery bad business very badnext to get California involved so the owner can follow the laws and teach the cashier about California laws

A tale of two Shell stations......first, THE BAD!Came here a few days ago to use a Shell gift card. I went in to pay for the gas with the gift card and the attendant/owner wanted to charge me the "credit" price for the gas. (NOTE: Typically, if someone pays for gas with a credit card, gas stations charge .10 more than the cash price.) I tried to explain a gift card is basically cash on a card, which I can attest this was. But the attendant insisted credit/debit and gift cards are charged the credit price. Of course, he was wrong as gift cards are ALWAYS considered CASH equivalents. So, I just walked-out and blew-off that greedy attendant/gas station owner. Now for the GOOD, please see my other review for the Shell Gas Station at 601 E. Holt Blvd in Ontario, CA : )

Poor service they charge you to get water from the water pump service the gas attendant gave me attitude saying I have to pay for it, When in the state of California by law water pump at the gas station is free to use for the public please don't support these people they are robbing people blind and breaking the law!!!

That Indian lady/person that works for this place are Extremely Rude. I will Never ever go there again!!!! I walked inside & asked the foreign lady "Where is the restrooms?" and she said "Out that door & across the parking lot" So I proceeded across the parking lot & I stood outside for almost 10 minutes (thinking someone was inside) Only to find out that there was no one inside. I went back inside to that individual & said "How am I supposed to get into the bathroom? " (Keep in mind, I still have to go..... extremely bad) and she says "Oh I have the key" I'm like "Witaf.... Are you seriously kidding me rn. I was just standing outside for 10 minutes for nothing!!" I was so angry Screw you !! I'll Never be back Dumbass
