Clean, staff are friendly and helpful would've given 5 stars if I didn't learn a valuable lesson from shopping here. Always check your purchase and make sure the product is actually inside the box. They are great with helping with any problems or offering alternatives.

I was helped by the person behind the register. He was super nice and had awesome make up on. He immediately matched me with the new Makeup forever powder foundation! I was afraid to not be matched right as this was my first time trying this version of the product.The service was fast, friendly and I loved that I was matched perfectly!Thanks!

One day I went here to take a look around and decided to stop by the sephora to xheck out rihanna's skin care items. This tall hispanic guy with short black hair and lighter complexion literally followed me the whole time I was browsing the products in the sephora area. At first, I thought no way he is following me. Then as I was walking out I stopped to look at the products one of the end caps and he stopped walked in the direction he was walking and turned around and stared at me and asked me for about the 6th time if I needed help. At this point I knew that I wasn't imagining things because I've worked retail in the past and remember the "extra customer service" you give when you think someone is stealing and I also use to work at this store years ago which I remember they have LP watching the store throughout the day so why he felt the need to play LP I don't know lo. However this was unacceptable and if I'm honest down right rude and an uncomfortable shopping experience for me. I was having a great off day and decided to shop around and he made me just want to go home. I'm not sure if Marie and Rick still work here but this guy needs a little extra training because customers shouldn't feel harrasdd when shopping. I wish I hadve got his name so I could have reported him by name but I tried to ignore to enjoy the rest of my off day but recently someone told me that had a poor experience at this location and it made me think of mines.

Today was my 1st in Sephora. I walked around lost, not one employee helped me. I went to the register to pay, asked a question about the item I was purchasing. The employee was short not helpful.

I don't shop here often. Once in a while I go here to return Amazon things. They have Amazon return section that process returns pretty quickly. Every time when any product is returned, they would give Kohl's $5 cash coupon. Smart! It makes you go around in the store to perhaps find something you like to use the coupon. They don't have much of the brands I like except some Nike, Adidas and Champions. Don't forget that most of the times you can combine $5 cash coupon with their regular coupon so you can get extra discount. I ended up purchasing fluffy winter socks for my daughter. Lots of things are on sale because biggest holiday seasons are approaching.... Beware that there are a lot of people are in line waiting to pay. Would have been better if the lines moved little bit quicker.

Cashier charged us for two pairs of pants and refused to take action and correct the situation she insisted the price on the screen was correct and clearly the products show on the pin pad for customers to preview their bill is showing 4 items. What kind of person insist we are not viewing 4 items on the pin pad rather than 3.... Meanwhile customer comes back cause she forgot another security lock (for the second time)... After all the concussion she gave her brain she finally depleted the bill and began to scan two items and i had to remind her there was a third, finally she is fully trained. Maybe the general manager can do a better job assisting their new employees.

I have never been much of a Kohl's shopper but occasionally I will shop here for Adidas, Vans, Nike, and Champion apparel for my sons. Kohl's is not cheap but they do have some nice sales occasionally and there's the Kohl Cash, $10 for every $50 spent. They also give you $5 Kohl's cash to spend every time you ship something to Amazon. They also have licensed Dodger and Laker apparel with unique items. The rest of their merchandise is junk...

They have a decent variety of products for a small Sephora (not much in stock according to the workers. Who knows if it's true or not). There was only ONE worker out of like 4 workers who actually helped me out. They weren't helping out the other customers either. I guess we were an inconvenience and their conversation was more important than working. I just came to this Sephora for the first time cus I was in the area but this experience definitely sucked. THANK YOU to the kind lady that helped me out though.

Sorry can't support this local store location but will always still be a long time KOHLS shopper!!! Recent purchase and return experience has me baffled....But all good and happens but the displeasure, disappointed attitude of manager RICK explains the low rating and bad reviews previously posted before mine...Explained a lot!! First time shopping at this store but definitely my last!!! Terrible!!!!!!

if i could give a million stars i would this has to be one of my favorite stores i get all of my clothes and shoes here as well as all of my home decor i take my kids with me and we spend hours here i love kohls cash and i have the kohls credit card i love this store so much better than target i'll tell all of my friends to get their stuff here

I used to love this location, but after not shopping in stores for a while I've noticed this particular location has fewer and fewer products. They've re-marketed items which looks nice, but now there isn't as big of a selection in the actual store. It's the closest kohls to me, but I will usually go to another when I want to shop.
