While Sam's Club offers a great selection and high-quality products, the food court experience is frustrating and unacceptable. The service is incredibly slow - waiting 20-30 minutes with only 5 or 6 people in line is ridiculous. Training new employees while serving customers is inefficient and disrespectful. This should be done beforehand to avoid inconveniencing paying members.

I love this store, especially the nice employees whether I need help finding something, trying a sample, ordering from the cafe, or picking up a prescrition, they always have smiling faces and the desire to help and not make me feel like I am bothering them. I always find what I need because the shelves are well stocked. I almost always use Scan and Go because it's so easy to use and I can just swipe to pay and leave. Even when I have to go to the checkout line it's very fast. And the lines are not long at all. My favorite things to buy are meats, fresh veggies, desserts and home products. I just started buying clothes for my children here and I am so impressed with the selection and prices.

This Sam's is located in a huge shopping center. There's lots of parking and eating options around.

Love this Sam's! Friendly staff, great selection, always clean, and loveeee the scan and go option in the app! Just wish you could scan alcohol in the app too maybe one day soon!

Please educate your staff on the return policy for perishable food items that done meet expectations . They made me feel humiliated and very fustrated over items food item I was not 100% satisfied with .( Breine) think that how it's spelled female worker at customer service . Didn't understand or read the return policy samclub offers for food if it's not 100% satisfaction . I will be contacting corporate to file a complaint about this . I see the samclub owner writes comments back instead of generic reply to review . So I doubt this problem will be fixed, and I will still feel humiliated and embarrassed over this return over $7 dollar food item

Love Sam's Club, I've been coming here for years! Some procedure here are just backwards. Few questions for management: Please tell me why have an option to order online from the cafe only to make me stand in a line to get a paper to start the pizza making process? (Lol I know it's only pizza but just seems redundant) Or why offer self check out and force me to lug my super heavy BULK ITEMS from one cart to another. If you're worried about theft then please by all means open more lines instead of having customers break their backs to shop here... Not employee issues, management issues.

After spending 2hours came to the register to pay my $300 merchandise with gift cards that I wanted to use, the cashier couldn’t figure out how to use my gift cards. She called the manager to solve the problem, but even the manager couldn’t figure out how to make the transaction to accept my gift cards. I cannot anderstand how a manager cannot solve a problem, this is not the first time I used my cards there. I told her I can’t buy these merchandise if you cannot figure out how to use my gift cards. She said no problem we will return everything back, as if she didn’t care or even try to work and solve the problem. I left everything there, I will not go back again. Sam’s club has very bad customer service and very unprofessional manager. I went to Costco and spent $400 and they accepted my gift cards with no problem. Sam’s club lost a good customer.

Even though I have lived close to this area I have never been to Sam's Club before this is my first time at this location. I'm a total fan of Costco but I am trying to branch out and see what Sam's Club also has to offer. They do carry different items and some are the same brands as well. Their snack section is quite large and if you are into protein bars, wafer bars, chocolates, and Spring items. If you have a kid and want to have snacks for the kids I think this is a good place. The prices seem cheap and affordable. Lines go by ok, but certain staff members seem happy and others just think of this as just a job. At least the place is organized.
