Sam's Club in Chino on Grand used to be really good Sams club the manager there Erica I believe maybe over two years ago she was doing a great job now I think her manager green is not quite up to scale but besides that they got new ovens and cook the chicken and the drumstick sera they burn the wings but that they're just not cooking right and they taste like mush the very red inside I'm not cooked all the way it's not the person who is cooking The chicken because I bought a chicken long time ago same thing I stop buying them from them because I don't feel that good anymore and when I did go by this one chicken and it was almost 7 o'clock there's tons of chickens left to buy no one is buying them anymore because they're not that good. I hope they fix his problem this is a membership store The other thing is that all the male employees don't look happy all the women are not happy either but they also don't want to help you it's better off if you ask one of the mill employer for help you get home we come up to a woman that works at Sam's Club she gives a face a attitude she has this like power trip walk I feel like I'm at Home Depot. and I totally understand everyone wants to be excepted but also the regular men and women that shop there when you go to In-N-Out you don't see any differences of what type of female or male you are they give you a product and they give you good service and none of that comes into the picture of that so I hope that Sam's Club in Chino on grand can look at that and structure their store that way because before you know that there's not gonna be any Men working there .

Price increases on low cost items have been unmerited. When item does finally go on sale - basically returning to just below cost of item two years ago - it's out of stock at this club (this time). Or only sometimes in stock (as it was last time this item was on sale).Update:Tried to Update but draft was not my review so editing. Went to store on 8/7 and item was out of stock, as it was on post date. Returned 8/14 and item was in stock albiet in very short qty. Due to sale price, I did purchase. Returned again 8/30 and item was in full stock, but at 11.68. I passed, as price increase seemed to exceed inflation. Returned today and item was fully stocked and 10.48 (rollback). I purchased and will return on Friday and do so again. Balanced increases are a way to keep customers, especially when we're paying to shop here. A full stock review would be most appreciated.

My experience at this store today was incredibly disappointing and disrespectful. I felt profiled and harassed as team members communicated on their radios about me. Everyone was allowed to enter without a card, but I was harassed at the door. I wonder why. What about me communicated that I should be stopped? Was I lucky door prize guest number 645? I even asked why I was stopped and the greeter rudely said,"You're not shopping at Walmart!"Are you kidding me?! I asked to speak to a manager, and a man walked over and did not introduce himself. As I was talking, two other men appeared, flanked to my right. I noted that they must have heard the chatter on the radio since they all had earpieces in. I explained what occurred and they did not make an apology or even the slightest provocation to look into it.I felt as if I was talking to mannequins. I came in to shop and renew my membership, but after this treatment, I need to look into Costco. I refuse to give this place another dime! I planned to buy various items and television, and I took my business to Best Buy, where they were respectful and delightful, and even loaded my new TV into my vehicle.I think these employees have forgotten that customers pay to shop here before spending any money at the register - let that sink in. This location doesn't deserve your business or your money. Disrespectful. Absurd. Ridiculous.I wish I could give no stars.Update: I called corporate, reached out on their social media, and got no response. I switched my membership to Costco and have had a significantly better experience compared to Sam's. This club is awful!!

My family member came in earlier to get an item and wanted to know if I wanted to get a huge umbrella before it is gone. Costco didn't have it. Family member says it was near the exit and I didn't want to look because I had few items to checkout so I asked 3 different associates and pointed to them to check. They were not able to find it. They told me go to golf section area and they couldn't find it. Then I went back to the near the entrance and asked one associate across the exit if they can look for the umbrella near the exit. It took him few minutes and he found it. How are you suppose to buy the umbrella after you paid and checkout? What if I don't want to go back in line. If you plan to sell items please place them in the proper section or near the entrance area.

My car ran out of battery after I got gas so I went to ask the employees (Marucio and Charlene) for help and they were super kind and patient. They were able to get a charger for me to jumpstart my car and walked me through the process of getting it all ready since I was still learning about my car + how to jump start it. While we were waiting for the car to load up, they gave me some recommendations on car batteries and suggested some options for me to check out to make sure that my car is all right.I'll always be thankful for their patience and help. They were able to make the worrying situation a lot less stressful.

What's going on with Sams club Now???!! One of the 3 cashiers that rang me up today, did not even bother to help me put my groceries in the basket as usual...he went 2 cashiers away to gossip...it Is encouraged by Management not to put your groceries in the basket anymore. Management, as a Yearly Fee paying customer, and spending more than $100.00 coming out,l of the store, the least you can do is place groceries in the cart......I'll have to re-think keeping a Sam's card at all, the gas prices at Sam's are the same as Am/pm anyway...Good luck everyone

I went to return my AirPods today. Customer service said I could not return them because the "serial number on the AirPods do not match the box". So I spend 2 hours with Apple support tonight and YOU ARE WRONG sams club. Y'all don't read the fine print and it makes sense why you hire the people you do. Gen 2 AirPods have different serial numbers on each individual AirPod; and only the box and case match. It's true what they say about Walmart employees, peanuts.

One star is too many!! The customer service from the Sam's Club is absolute crap, know one greets you, Stephanie!!!!!or ask if you need any help, they all walk right by you as if you're not even there, thanks to the rudest person of all the manager Erica can't believe she still running this store in the ground, she also doesn't acknowledge any customers as well , that's why her employees treat people the way they do because of her showing them that's OK . Shame on you Erica you're a manager you should be showing them what customer service is, oh wait I forgot who I was talking too ....

I was waiting on line as we waited for more than 1 register opens, and through the wait, Stephanie.... Was really mean to an older gentleman that wanted to renew his membership. He Asked will it be more than 1/2 hour? And she said. I don't know maybe". She was so mean and we all looked at each other, there was no reason for her to be so mean to an older person.

Gas here is crazy packed in the mornings when they open. Cars take forever and their pumps go down randomly. I saw 2 pumps go down mid way through someone's pump. Lucky no one was next to me so I switched lanes.
