They should post it on the Website that they do NOT install tires on Teslas. It does not bother me that they don't.. But I ordered the tires I was given an appointment for installation and got off work early arrived 15 mins early just so they tell me NO.

I like the Sam's Cafe. The prices can't be beet. Everything is costs less than $1.50 except for the whole pizzas. The pizza pretzel is great for kids who do not like pizza sauce because they put it on the side. I love that the kids can get an icee for $0.89....Like what less than a dollar that's unheard of these days. The food is tasty for fast food. I love I can order through the Sam's Club app and just pick it up and do not feel guilty spending $50 on food. I do wish they had more places to sit. Sitting is limited and a waiting game. It can get crazy with there is a rush of people at the Cafe. But the self checkout through the app is something to be admired. It so quick and easy especially with kids in tow I'm in and out with no kids saying "there's another line!" I am surprised there are no long lines through the aisles which is a refreshing for a big box store.

I visited the Sam's Club in Chino Hills recently, and I must say, it was quite a disappointing experience. The first thing that struck me was the state of the store. It felt dirty and disorganized, with chaotic aisles that made it challenging to navigate. The real letdown, however, was the staff. I encountered some incredibly rude employees during my visit. On my way out, I had a particularly unpleasant encounter with a gentleman who appeared to profile me for some reason. He made me wait while he had his manager review my receipt and go through my entire basket. When I questioned why this was necessary, he simply stated that it was protocol. However, I couldn't help but notice that he didn't subject the other 10 customers in line ahead of me to the same treatment. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth, and I can't see myself returning to this particular Sam's Club anytime soon. The combination of a messy store, unprofessional employees, and what seemed like unfair treatment made it an overall unpleasant shopping trip.

How is Sam's Club still in business? Serious question. I went there for the second time in my life the other day driving straight from a Costco. I first started browsing food for my cat. They sell Purina. That's it. If you don't know how bad Purina is, look it up. Then In browsed the pre-made dinners to heat up. They have chicken alfredo in a big tin and a few other lazily prepared pasta type dishes that looked gross. I passed on this area too. Then I went to the frozen area, feeling embarrassed that my cart was still completely empty, and I realized that most of their frozen food is the lowest quality frozen food you can find. At this point I was trying to justify my trip here - I had to buy SOMETHING. So I bought eggs, and I bought a bag of coffee. That's it. On the way out, the line to checkout was non-existent because nobody shops here so that was at least fast... But I wanted to grab lunch, so I waited in line for TWENTY MINUTES as one person took orders for a line of 20. Everyone clearly comes here for a hot dog lunch but not to shop. To top off my visit, half of the soft drink machines had no syrup. And they were out of straws. Lol. I got home and took my Sam's Club card out of my wallet and buried it in a drawer to never use it again.

Price increases on low cost items have been unmerited. When item does finally go on sale - basically returning to just below cost of item two years ago - it's out of stock at this club (this time). Or only sometimes in stock (as it was last time this item was on sale).Update:Tried to Update but draft was not my review so editing. Went to store on 8/7 and item was out of stock, as it was on post date. Returned 8/14 and item was in stock albiet in very short qty. Due to sale price, I did purchase. Returned again 8/30 and item was in full stock, but at 11.68. I passed, as price increase seemed to exceed inflation. Returned today and item was fully stocked and 10.48 (rollback). I purchased and will return on Friday and do so again. Balanced increases are a way to keep customers, especially when we're paying to shop here. A full stock review would be most appreciated.

My family member came in earlier to get an item and wanted to know if I wanted to get a huge umbrella before it is gone. Costco didn't have it. Family member says it was near the exit and I didn't want to look because I had few items to checkout so I asked 3 different associates and pointed to them to check. They were not able to find it. They told me go to golf section area and they couldn't find it. Then I went back to the near the entrance and asked one associate across the exit if they can look for the umbrella near the exit. It took him few minutes and he found it. How are you suppose to buy the umbrella after you paid and checkout? What if I don't want to go back in line. If you plan to sell items please place them in the proper section or near the entrance area.

This is the 2nd time I order curbside pick up and my order isn't ready at specified time. They close at 8pm and I'm being told that it won't be fulfilled before they close. I am absolutely furious that I am not able to pick up items that I was counting on getting. It's my fault for trusting that it wouldn't happen a second time.

What's going on with Sams club Now???!! One of the 3 cashiers that rang me up today, did not even bother to help me put my groceries in the basket as usual...he went 2 cashiers away to gossip...it Is encouraged by Management not to put your groceries in the basket anymore. Management, as a Yearly Fee paying customer, and spending more than $100.00 coming out,l of the store, the least you can do is place groceries in the cart......I'll have to re-think keeping a Sam's card at all, the gas prices at Sam's are the same as Am/pm anyway... Good luck everyone

Great pizza to take home to family! It was a long wait, but maybe because everyone was getting out of church. But it was tasty to share with family hot and cold.

Love to buy my stuff here and I love the option for scan and go. The problem is Henry, the manager and one of his employee. Tip for manager: If someone is on the side and making direct eye contact w/ you waiting to be helped while you're busy chit chatting away, acknowledge the customer and say, " we will be w/ you shortly" instead of ignoring and looking the other way and continue to giggle w/ employee or ask , " do you need help?" There are times customers don't want to be rude and interrupt the conversation. Tip for employee: If you're supposed to help a customer scan their stuff and you can't due to being called to be somewhere else, say something to the customer like, " I'm sorry, but I need to step out right now, but someone else is coming to help you" instead of leaving the customer hanging and not saying a single word! Picking up pizza seems to be an issue too every time I order! I come back when it's time and NO ONE acknowledges me while I'm waiting. Again, instead of ignoring, say I'll be / someone will be w/ you shortly. I guess common sense isn't common sense. After waiting about 5 minutes, then someone comes. Shouldn't take that long to be approached. Major training on customer service needs to be done here!

Today when I was leaving the Sam's Club on Grand Ave in Chino after shopping, I was again harassed by an individual wanting me to sign on to their political cause. I say again because it seems like every 3 - 4 visits to this club (and the Walmart next door) I am forced to face an aggressive, partisan hack. With politics invading seemingly every aspect of daily life, it would be nice to be left alone when shopping, particularly at a store where I have to pay for the "privilege" of spending my money. I'm not big on cancel culture, but upon arriving home today I tore up my Sam's membership card and won't be back.

My goodness, 9/14/22, 10am the tire shop with "Nicole" was the complete opposite of help. We always come to Chino, Sam's C. but in a pinch, my mom had to go to the El Monte Sam's because she couldn't wait for an appointment at the chino tire department. So she had bubbles in her tires, is what they told her in El Monte and it was the fault of the shocks. We just came from a mechanic, and we were told it was in no way the shocks. She was going to replace them. "So the guarantee should be good right?" "You would think." So since it was not the shocks, we came to chino Sam's where she bought the original four tires, to apply the 4yr warranty. Now, it gets dicey from here. My mom had just upgraded her Sam's club account and made herself the primary on the account, and it must have not shown up in her purchase history easily, so Nicole didn't know what to do, and was trying to send us to El Monte Sam's C. Because she didn't have the old tires. we told them to check the shocks, since that was the problem. Unnecessarily things got crazy. My mom had told me she didn't like the way the the service "Nicole" attended her here, and was hopping it would not be her. I told my self almost out loud, I got this. Then when I saw her I said to myself, she looks sweet, my mom is wrong, it's just a misunderstanding, maybe it's a miss communication with my moms accent. Nope, I was viciously slapped into reality, and I was disappointed about being wrong about her, and was restraining my self from believing that Nicole was this monster, and attempted to reason with her to no avail. She had so much to say, and wanted to be heard. In the end she did the right thing, and got Briana, I don't know if I'm spelling names right, but Briana despite being very new to Sam's got to work, and began taking names and making calls. For what it may be worth these days, her attention, and customer service was amazing. This is an a active issue and we are waiting to here back from Sam's. I will update as soon as I get an update from Sam's. I was going to take a picture of Nicole and post with review but I forgot about it with the service given by Briana, besides, I don't know how that would have gone.
