I don't understand such low rating reviews here from 'Sally Beauty Supply,' Chino, CA., where I used to live and work close by. Anyways, I was in need of a brand new hair straightening iron, straightening brush and hair spray because I was literally just told we can dress up for an upcoming Fashion Show party we are having for work. Anyways, I rushed here and thankfully, located 'Sally's Beauty Supply,' store to the rescue. The clerks were mighty helpful, fast, and efficient. There were only 2 clerks working this evening when I drove over to make a last min purchase. The second clerk whose name I didn't catch, provided me personal assistance with all three items I needed: I left content and within budget. The clerk who showed me around answered all the questions I had, but I wished they carried more varieties of products for slightly larger sized straightening irons because all I was able to find was a travel size one after browsing about a half hour. I was definitely informed of a different type of product sale other than what I needed, but I thought that was quite informative.Overall, I had a pleasantly fabulous first visit to 'Sally's Beauty Supply,' and I'll definitely return here when I run out of the hair spray.

Maddison was great . Great experience honestly we had trouble with one price point but she was very professional in following up with her managers and helping us out. She was patient, professional and just overal some of the customer service I’ve ever encounter. Thank you Maddison

I am so impressed by todays visit . Great customer service today by Joanna . I have come here several times but have never had anyone really come help me unless I ask. Joanna came to me and asked if she x could help me! I really appreciated her and she continued to help by bringing me a basket and checking in with me. Thank you Joanna!

I went in asking about a trimmer for my husband's hair. They recommended one that was $200. I asked if it came with guards and they said yes. When checking out they said "oh guess I should check" and found no guards in the box. I asked about buying them and they brought me some "universal" guards. They said they would fit. I said I needed one of a bigger size and they said I could get one on Amazon no problem. Receipt said trimmer was final sale. I got home and realized the guards don't fit. Brought it back and they said those are final sale too?! Now, after buying 3 sets of guards on Amazon I finally found out it doesn't have guards for it- they don't exist. So total waste of $200 plus $20 for the guards and they refuse to help or take anything back. They lied to me. So unbelievable. I will never go back.

I do not shop at Sally's Beauty often, but they sell quality hair, skin, & make-up products and they have great deals, weekly.This week, I purchased four "Proclaim" hair products for $20 and I saved $30!?? I sincerely appreciated that deal, esp. during this challenging inflation period.Thank you, Sally's Beauty!??

The old man in the counter was very mean and not helpful at all. He seems annoyed when you ask questions. Don't go to this store at all!! I can't even give one star. Very poor customer service!!

I went in looking for hair color and found this amazing young person who was able to help me with a wealth of knowledge and an amazing demeanor. I left the store with the biggest smile on my face. It is very rare these days to encounter this type of employee. I will go to this store over and over just for the chance to see him.

I have been coming to this store for several times now and I noticed that the last two times that I’ve been there I’ve been getting these a rude sales associate. She works the morning shift on mondays. She does not greet customers as they come in. When you’re ready to check out she doesn’t even acknowledge the fact that you’re waiting in line. Unless you know her then she will have a full conversation with you and gossip. She’s very unprofessional. This will definitely be my last time going to the store.

I tried returning clippers that were unused and they would not take it back. The receipt said they would take it back if unused. The manager was rude and said he's worked 25 years but that has nothing to do with honoring what their receipt said. I asked for the district managers info to complain, and it was not given and I was told they would call me... But the manager never got my phone number. I will never come to Sally's again! Definitely do not buy anything expensive out of here, as they will not honor their return policy!

Always a really good experience when miss you sister, daughter and I go at this store. All the ladies are really nice and knowledgeable. Today, Regina B. helped us get all the things we need and gave us some pointers on how to apply hair color properly.

My housemates and I have gotten so bored that we've been changing our hair every now and then. We came to this Sally's to get our necessary products, we had some questions and they were very helpful. Fatima has helped us several times and she's so sweet!
