I spoke with the receptionist and made a "phone appointment" to discuss my tax questions with Mr. Bruce. I made it know that I was willing to pay for the consultation. On the date and time of the appointment, I was never contacted. Mr. Bruce could be a great CPA....I wouldn't know because I couldn't speak with him.

Bruce and his staff are awesome to work with! He's super helpful, friendly, and finds every deduction he can. He's also exceedingly patient with clients and explains everything quite well.

I have been going to see Mr. Bruce for many many years now. He has been absolutely amazing and tremendously helpful when I really needed it the most. Furthermore, his staff is also very courteous and helpful as well. They are really good at coordinating things with you via mail or email.
