I'm am very pleased with the work that Ly and his crew did! Job well done. He took his time and treated my SUV with care, I can't put a price on what an excellent job he did. My SUV looks like it just stepped off the showroom floor, if not better. Ly sent me pictures and videos of the entire process. HUGE Thank you to Rising Star for their exceptional care during a challenging time!I recently found myself in a rear-end accident and searched a local shop for repairs. As a first-time accident victim, I was nervous and uncertain about the entire process. Fortunately, Lee and his team (Jackie, Amarys, Linda) were phenomenal in guiding me every step of the way.When I arrived on a Saturday morning to drop off my car, Linda warmly greeted me. He patiently explained the insurance billing process and the necessary paperwork. Linda even inquired about my rental car arrangements, which I hadn't sorted out. In no time, he contacted Enterprise and arranged for them to pick me up, making me feel like a VIP customer!The following Monday, Lee, the owner, personally called to update me on the situation. Despite dealing with an insurance company notorious for its slow and poor service, Lee assured me that he would fight on my behalf to ensure I get everything I needed. *Important to note that this was not even my insurance but rather the other party's insurance.Throughout the week, Lee provided regular updates, and before I knew it, my car was ready for pickup. 6 days from start to finish!Jackie even stayed behind for me so I could pickup my car during my lunch break!And they had my car washed and cleaned inside and out! Rising Star's service is truly unmatched. A big thank you once again!

Great place and high service quality. ! Spoke to Lee and he helped me out quickly and efficiently. ! Worked with my schedule and got me the most cost effective solution for my problem out there. The results were incredible as well. ! I was looking at $4k plus repair at other body shops. Lee was able to fix up my pride and joy in less than that and beat the expected delivery time. ! Fixed a difficult car situation and left the car looking beautiful. I had a previous collision and i had that repaired but that mechanic basically scammed us, that previous one fixed nothing. Ly and his team went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and told us where the previous mechanic messed up. He and his team did a beautiful job on a difficult repair and treated my family with kindness as well. We will be customers for life most likely because the car came out looking almost like new which with how botched it was with the previous mechanic we didn’t think was possible. Lee ‘s service and communication sets Rising Star above and beyond its competitors. He committed to 3 day completion, and he delivered. While other competitors required 5+ days. His quote was substantially lower than his competitors in the area. But most important, the quality was superb, doing more than expected. I’ve taken my car to Ly several times over the years (yes, some might say I’m a bad driver to need his services so often, but that’s besides the point.)Ly is always super helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. This last time my car needed a part that was back ordered for 3 weeks, so Ly sent his manager to San Diego to pick it up and worked late to get my car up and running again as soon as possible.He always goes above and beyond!

Rising star collision is one of the most professional body shops I have been to. Unfortunately some big debris had fallen onto my vehicle and damaged it on the freeway. I had taken it to a body shop and had gotten a reasonable rate but they did not give my vehicle the utmost attention and introduced so many new issues and would not fix anything. Over spray all over the car and mismatched panels with cheap yellowed paint (car is pearl white) we're some of the many issues. Ly the owner took my car in and righted the wrongs of the previous body shop. I was struggling to find any imperfections in his work and made my car look new. Had a great customer service experience with Ly, highly recommend if you are in the inland empire area or if you are looking for expert work on 3 stage Lexus paint, rates are reasonable and fair.

Just wanted to preface in that im not a big car person, so I wasnt too keen on the getting the best quality job for my car. Just enough where you cant notice the difference unless you realllyyyyyy look at it. Came in for an estimate. Scraped the rear drivers side near the wheel area along a gate. I will say for all those saying prices were reasonable is questionable because my quote came out the highest compared to other shops I went to for quotes. I will say though it looks like they run a high quality, clean, and organized business. The people were nice and I was told there was a lifetime guarantee for the paint. I was quoted around $1750. If you pay with cash you can get a discount. I would say this is a great place if the repairs needed on your vehicle are big. Mine really wasn't a big deal so i passed.

This is my updated review, it's been a few years since I've first met Lee and he has taken care of me and my beloved Toyotas all this time. You don't need me to tell you he does great work you can see all the other reviews for that, what I'm most amazed by is his compassion and friendship. I mean how many people can say they make friends with businesses you give your patronage to, like a legit friendship. Anyway some cock suckling scumbag vandalized my other Toyota truck on a trip recently but lee assured me not to worry and he would take care of it. Not only did he do an amazing job as always he did it in a extremely prompt fast manner. Everyone I showed was impressed and all want to use him (my neighbors friends and coworkers) he even painted my chrome front end and literally looks like I have a new truck. They even washed and detailed my entire truck! I wish I can clone him so I can have him forever and ever. Just call him and talk to him for 5 minutes and it can be absolutely about anything but cars and right away you will know he is the guy you can trust by how genuine he is.

My car, a 2023 Tesla Model Y, was side-swiped by another car, which caused a large dent on the front passenger door. After getting multiple quotes from several shops around my area, I decided to go with Rising Star Collision. Ly, who owns the shop, impressed me as someone who is familiar with repairing Tesla cars and has many years of experience in the business. I saw several Tesla cars in his shop being repaired when I visited his shop. Ly took care of the insurance claim and ordered a new door and other parts from Tesla. He took pictures of the car while it was being repaired and sent them to me. This was a pleasant surprise because other shops that worked on my other cars did not do that. Rising Star Collision did a phenomenal job of restoring my car to its former glory. It looks just as nice and shiny as when I got the car from Tesla. If you own a Tesla and it needs to have body work, don't take a chance with other shops. Go with Rising Star Collision... You won't regret it.

Lee was amazing with responding really fast and he's very trustworthy, so is his team! He kept me updated and even showed me pictures of the progress that was being done! Great customer service! Needed a new windshield wiper reservoir. They were able to get the part in THE SAME DAY! Repair was efficiently completed and reasonably priced. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
