Brought my car here due to a collision I was in. Read the reviews and I can say I was not disappointed. Steve is very responsive. Took a little longer than expected because one of the car parts my car needed was not in stock or back ordered, but Steve was sure to update me and made sure he got the part that was missing. He is very knowledgeable and once I got my car back it was like brand new! Thank you Steve !

Found this place after my mom was in an accident where the bumper was ripped off. Another local collision shop wanted to total the vehicle as they said the repairs would be more than 8k and more than the car was worth. It's a 2004 Toyota Corolla that had its share of dents and faded paint. It only had 92k miles and ran perfectly even with the new body damage. Then we found Steve at Raven. He looked at it and said he could fix it and would give us a price In a few days. The price was less than 1/3 of what the other collision company wanted to charge. We gave him approval to fix it. We got the car back and it is exactly what we asked him to do. Steve is an upfront, honest, reliable guy for sure. We'll use him again for any body work and mechanical work. My mom is a very happy lady.

Today my car stopped working and I had to have it towed back to my house. I was totally unsure of what else to do past that. My family recommended I call in here, so I did and explained to Steve what was going on. Steve was so very helpful and gave me advice on exactly what to do over the phone instead of making me tow it in and pay extra like other people were asking me to do. He even answered the phone after hours to give me more advice when I had more questions. He has a reputation for being honest and having great service in my family, and now I know first hand. Im very thankful for his help, he saved me from spending a lot of extra unnecessary money!
