Helping my brother clean out his storage unit, had to hold the door up as it was completely off the roller, he's been trying to get it fixed for quite sometime, he moved out because they doubled the space rent.

Great location, great staff. Anthony has been very helpful and thorough. There are sensors inside that you get txts when there is movements. So pretty good place for storaging.

I stoped in to check on a space. Your associates were very helpful and showed me around the complex. Answered all my questions. Then they were very helpful getting my information in the system. Quick and easy. The facility looks very clean also.

Unfortunately after the ownership change, the gate is always left open during the day, the staff is not friendly, the hours are changed drastically making it more of an inconvenience. It is the cheapest storage place locally but it seems like there’s more negatives than positives.

After 25 years of renting at Ramona Mini Storage, they raised our unit from $95.00 per month to $188.00, without ample warning! CORPORATE GREED!!!

I've been with Ramona mini storage 5 years they hadn't raised prices then in 2022 they raised it $24 which wasn't too bad but then in less than 7 months they raised it again by $66 which is ridiculous. Which sucks really like this place feel I'm a disabled women who lives on a fixed income.

I'm so glade I found this storage company! I love how close they are. How secure everything is and they have the best prices around for what you get! The staff has been amazing! Anthony has been beyond helpful! He is very friendly, helpful, and will guid you in whatever you need guidance in such as how to go about things. The facility is older but very clean and is gated. The best part to is you can pull right up to your storage unit! That's a big plus because a lot of places don't have that luxury anymore. They are family owned which I love even more. There is always someone apparently there which gives me peace of mine but also a security system that's $10-12 a month I believe that alerts you every time someone enters your unit which I love! I highly recommend this place. However they book fast! I was on the waiting list for two months and got our unit only 4 days before we needed it so it worked out prefect for us luckily. Thanks again Anthony for being awesome and being the face of the company! We feel so comfortable to come in anytime we have questions or concerns! The only thing I'm not a fan of is the hours. I wish the hours were longer. They are open 7am-6pm to enter or exit. You can't get in or out past that. Maybe one day they will extend them because it can be hard for someone who needs to access later but other than that it's prefect and no complaints!

After being a customer over 10+ years they almost doubled our rent, but would take in a new customer for half the cost. Would have stayed if the increase was more reasonable.
