Very busy place. Recommend having an appointment that will take you only 10 mins. But if you are walk in, prepare to wait anywhere from 30 mins to 2 hours.

Crowded wiating room with nowhere to sit. Waited in hallway after doing kiosk check-in. Tech as cold, not personable, made no attempt to interact.. Facillity seemed understaffed. Tech was overwhelmed w/ number of patients. Filled urine cups were literally stacking up.

For walk in they have very bad service and low chance or not to help you with your test. They don’t care if you was waiting for many hours just awful.

This is my first time here in Quest Chino branch. Valerie is the best! I didn’t feel anything when she drawn my blood. This place is too small and there’s a lot of people waiting but they called my name in less than 5 minutes because i have appointment.
