Polite phone reps who actually know their business. Moving is hard enough. When the Pods crew is on your side your move will be that much easier. Pricing was very fair and they allow flexibility with pick up & delivery. Overall just a great service!!

Jimmy was very professional and helpful. However, I have a problem with your sales team telling us we could put the POD in a location where he was unable to fit it. I feel like it was disingenuous, and we were taken advantage of in that regard. If it takes 15 feet for pod Zila to move the pod into a certain area, we should’ve been aware of that and we weren’t. I may have to put a yelp review on about the Honesty of the sales team. We had a perfectly flat area behind the gates of our house, where an RV could be parked and that’s where we had planned on having the pod. Upon delivery that was not possible.

We used PODs to move from Colorado to California and had an excellent experience. Jimmy and Arnando did an awesome job at dropping off and picking up our POD on a very busy street in Costa Mesa. They made our move so much easier!! Highly recommend using PODs for long distance moving :)

I had multiple issues with my PODS service. I had a pricing issue due to my initial order becoming frozen in their system. A new customer ID had to be created, along with putting in a new order. The pricing came out $20/POD higher than the initial order. An incident report (IR) was created for the pricing change. A PODS Rep contacted me regarding the issue and had her facts wrong. She was willing to give me a "goodwill gesture" credit based on her incorrect information. I responded that giving me the credit would be the right thing to do and that a goodwill gesture would be to give me an additional credit due to the multiple hours I had to spend on the phone with customer service.That is minor compared to the next issue. When we went to the PODS warehouse in May 2023 to transfer the contents on my 3 PODS into moving trucks, I was told by the driver bringing out the third POD that the container was dropped in the warehouse and I needed to talk to the manager immediately. The manager told me the POD was dropped from the third level (the pod was stacked 3 high) in January 2023. He showed that an email was sent to PODS management detailing the incident. Since I had movers working at $245/hour, we had to proceed to pulling the items out of the POD. The exterior of the POD was torn up, the door was mangled, and the floor of the POD was literally tied up with a rope to keep it from falling off. Needless to say, the contents were strewn all over the place. My smoker was laying on top of my two tvs (since the POD fell on its end) and when the container was put back in its upright position, the POD was now sitting on top of boxes. The floor of the POD was probably broken due to the weight of the smoker landing on the wood floor. It is now two weeks after my move and I haven't received any contact from PODS regarding this accident. I have called three times, and have finally gotten a name and number of the person handling my case and will be calling her shortly. Overall, I have spent about 15-20 hours on the phone with customer service related purely with this move and have only received one email regarding the pricing issue. This has been one of my worst customer service experiences ever.

We received the courtesy call of the arrival time and driver arrived a little earlier. Driver’s name was Jimmy Z, gave us guidance on how to tie down the last items to make sure we don’t have issues with the door when we open it. PODS was a great choice for my last move. If you have the money and you don't want to break your back moving under short time constraints I would highly recommend using their services. You have an entire month to load and unload on either side of your move at your leisure. This is great if you are working full time and moving. Get a measuring tape, boxes, and straps and your are ready!

All I can say is WOW, for starters the web site will not let you log into your account by using the I.D. or email, I even changed the PIN and still no luck, finally when customer service answers the phone, they cannot accommodate me on a pod pick up. Well who's fault is that, piss poor relations and customer care. I would NOT recommend this co, and the IT guy needs to re-vamp the web site to make sure no issues will occur when a CUTOMER is trying to long in and make changes .. NO MANAGERS/SUPERVISORS AVAILABLE TO TALK IF ISSUES ARRISE.

Jimmy G was helpful , very patient and friendly I recommend him 100% I live in HOA community and he suggested a different place to park the pods so we didn’t have any problem and save fees

I ordered a pod to help with moving. My first order was dated Feb. 27. Since then they have charged me a monthly storage fee twice and a "moving" fee twice. Now the pod is on its way to its ultimate destination they have charged me two fees that are quite large. They told me a I got a rebate on one charge, but my account never saw it. I have disputed their charges twice, but never heard back. They wiped out my checking account with the last large charge. They never warn you when they are going to charge money. I don't like them at all. After I got my stuff out at the destination, I will never use them again.

We have been doing business with pods for close to a year now and I wish we found Jimmy Z in the beginning. He was the best service man we have ever had. No complaints straight business and so kind while working. Definitely requesting Jimmy Z if possible for all future deliveries.

Pros: Handy to use in a pinch. Flexible times for pick up and delivery.Cons: no full description of changes that appear on bill. Delivery charges to be specific. Damage caused to personal property is not a concern.
