They were a bit backed up so my appointment took an hour. It wasn’t too bad but I have a super anxious doggie and he made the wait difficult. Also one of my dogs only got a little of the bordetella liquid vaccine so that worries me. There were two people there, one should have held him as the vet opened his mouth. Everyone was friendly and professional it was just a long wait and then a rush to get vaccines done and get you out.

Go to pet smart instead, this store is very dirty, everything have dust on them and the whole store smell really bad Service is not friendly and very slow due to short staff.

The male store manager was horrible. He was extremely rude and profiled me. He was also making up policies for the store. For a corporate store, the behavior is unacceptable. I like this store but will definitely avoid it while that manager works there.

I recently started bringing my dogs to get groomed at this location and Alexis P worked on my dogs. I am always so so nervous about getting my dogs groomed but she took really good care of them and I can confidently say that I have found my forever groomer! Thank you so much to Alexis and the petco team! Check her out if your new to grooming like me!

I had my fur baby groomed by Alexis P. She was so kind and patient. My fur baby has really bad anxiety and is always scared but I have found a new groomer. Thank you Alexis P. for caring and making my fur baby comfortable.

Animal care sucks at this Petco! George the store manager refuses to allow associates to do the routine animal cleanings that are required 3 times a week! But If there lucky gets cleaned twice a month. Bettas cups aren't changed weekly and animals are constantly dying or sick. He also takes used returns and ripped dog food and re tapes it and puts it back on the shelves to be sold as brand new with out letting customers know!

The balding employee (i think his name was george) was very unhygienic and looked gross too. He was the one who I got at the register and was incredibly rude to me and my family. Horrible customer service from him

This PetCo branch store came to the rescue when I was actually looking for a backyard decoration, a legit Bird Feeder for Wild Finches/Sparrows to dine from! I'll have to take a pic of it, but it's a small enough clear and dark blue feeder. These small wild birds have loved swinging on this feeder while enjoying their daily meals at my backyard for at least a few couple years now since 2020. I actually bought 2 feeders, but the squirrel had to climb up the other white one & knocked down 2 pieces of plastic cup lids (I used the upside down cup lids on top of this feeder to hold bird food) down, so I ended up confiscating the other white one and only kept this dark blue one for Finches/Sparrows to use.

The cricket quality is terrible. I have at least 5 dying a day & at .17 center each...it adds up.I purchase crickets from a competitor in Eastvale and will have 0-1 cricket's die per day. That's a big difference.

Very satisfied coming to location for are cats haircut, grooming staff was very understanding and patient. highly recommend bringing your pet here if you're in the chino/chino hills area

If you love your animal never take them to this location for grooming!!! Terrible Job, Terrible customer service and an unbelievably incompetent manager!!!!

To the chick that was a cashier today at 4:55 pm("helped by" #359751) home girl had an attitude problem. Asked her a couple questions about the dog food and her reply was simply to just read the bag. I'm capable of reading the bag thank you very much. My question was regarding which food would best for my large breed dog. You were very short and seemed like you didn't even want to be there. You have no sense of customer service. If a customer is asking you a question, and you don't have the expertise ask someone for help rather than just saying an "oh well you should know" or "it should be on the bag" type of response. Customers ask questions to get advise or expertise on a product.

Worst Grooming experience in all 10 yrs of having my dog. Groomer stated he wasn't welcome back after she nicked him all over. Try another location.
