Absolutely terrible company with terribly customer service (actually, non-existent customer service). I won a giveaway for some free toys on social media a while back - They asked me which toys I would like and for our shipping info. 3+ months later, we never heard back or received anything (not even tracking, which they promised as well). I emailed at least 3 people on the team, messaged them on Instagram, etc. and all messages were “read” with no response. At the end of the day, I don’t care about the dog toys, all I wanted was an explanation. Steer clear of these scammers!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! product changed, they claim to be a family company, who get back to you with questions, despite phone calls and two emails they will not answer me about defective product return. Will not use again, defective items, defective company

Update: The company *finally* addressed my concerns. I did, though, have to be very persistent.The products are cute but customer service is not good. I had an order issue arise over a month ago and have, thus far, reached out three times over a few different communication channels and received no response. I’m disappointed that I was overcharged, didn’t receive the correct item, and cannot make contact with the seller to resolve.
